Angelie looked at me with her angry eyes while Zaffiera was crying beside her. As much as I wanted to keep her, she will only be a reminder of her mother's affair and how stupid I was back then. I looked away from her as my heart was melting, hearing her soft sobs. She doesn't have to suffer from her mother's mistake.
"And you think Audrey will come back to you, just because I left? Remember this Liam, she will never go back to you! She hates you, despise you, loathes—"
