Preface: Where It All Began

“Hello, my name is Jacey Mitchell and I would like to introduce this book, “Struck Hard.” The idea of this book came into existence through my love for family and the country, and that life isn't always easy. I was sitting alone one day, a young woman in my early twenties, single, bored, and seeing my life going nowhere when I remembered that I had always loved the world beyond my imagination, but more than anything, I had my heart set on one man that I had been friends with since our young toddler ages and what our loves would like in the wide open spaces on the ranch surrounded by horses and loved ones, so I came up with this story for those who enjoy the same things but can't live our their heart’s greatest desires under the blue horizon.

In the book Struck Hard, two single teenagers have the same dream of knowing what life is like beyond their imaginations. They only want it with each other, to love one another, love the country together, and discover what the world holds beyond their reach, so maybe you find yourself emersed in this book also discovering what the world is like beyond your wildest dreams; I hope you enjoy the 1st book of this series, Struck Hard.
