In a dark, deep cavern underneath the museum lays a coffin, untouched and dusty with intricate patterns carved into it and painted in gold. A thud sounded from within the coffin and another, then another and another until the lid of the coffin blew open. In the coffin lay a woman with raven black hair and pale skin which seemed to make her hair look darker, her beautiful curvaceous body which anybody can l**t for sat up straight, her pink full enticing lips curved into a smile, it was simple and beautiful but held a darker meaning. She slowly opened her eyes, her silver eyes contrasting beautifully with her black hair and pale skin. The woman wore a beautiful tiele dress that hugged her curves but was still conservative. She swung her legs over the coffin and she landed gracefully on the ground, she quickly straightened her back making her look elegant and poise.
She gracefully made her way out of the tunnels and she was now in the busy streets. People looked her up and down, thinking how realistic her outfit was and how she played the part as today was halloween. The moon was bright red and illuminated her as if casting its spotlight on her. She walked in the bustling streets as she entered a quiet street, unlike this one it was not filled with snot nosed children wearing terrible costumes, it was dark and looked haunted and radiated spiritual energy. She walked in the scariest house of them all, it was not a house it was a mansion, a mansion long abondoned because of the many murders, maybe that's why she was drawn to it, the evil energy and restless spirits that were calling to her. She opened the grand gate and walked towards the porch, as she was inches away from the door it magically opened by itself, causing it to creak making the atmosphere eerily creepy. She smiled as she walked in the door slamming shut behind her. She slowly walked around the house taking in her surroundings before she ascended the spiral staircase. The mansion had a total of seven bedrooms and five and a half bathroom. She entered the outdated master bedroom, it was dusty and dark, possibly from from the murderous energy. She left the bedroom and left to go to the kitchen. She opened cupboard after cupboard, trying to find salt but all she found was canned food and more crap. If she wanted to live in this house she needed to get rid of the malicious spirits and it's trapped victims or being a death eater she could have ate their souls but restless spirits never fulfilled her and malicious spirits left a bitter taste in her mouth, this- in her mind was better. After a not so long search she found the salt, she walked into the sitting near the fireplace and spilled the salt on the floor creating a shape. After finishing making the pattern on the floor she went in search for candles which did not take long.
She sat on the floor with her legs crossed inside the shape chanting something inaudible. A violent wind blew in, causing the candles to die, even though the doors and windows were closed. With her eyes shut she continued to chant and wind became even more violent. Minutes later the wind died down and it was eerily quiet. She slowly opened her eyes and saw a woman standing a few inches away from the circle. The woman was ghostly pale and her bones protruded through her skin, her skin looked rotten and burned and she was missing an eye, her head nearly completely bald save for a few strands and braids, the woman had black smoke surrounding her. Evangeline looked the woman dead in the eye and said " How disgusting you look, being a malicious spirit really did no good " she smirked, looking down on the woman. " I command you to leave " she said coldly, leaving no to for rebuttal but the woman in front of her obviously did not know who she was talking to. The woman hackled at her, looking at her, her laughter filled the whole house causing it to echo.
" DIEEEE!!! " the woman shrieked releasing all the energy she had, violent winds erupted within the house, causing portraits to fall and the cupboards to rattle open but even so it did not faze her nor did the salt blow away. Evangeline snickered at the woman and reached behind her back. When she retreated her hand back she pulled a long silver samurai sword as she stood up. " This sword was gifted to me by the Goddess Heka, it is blessed by her and contains the tear of an archangel and the blood of a Titan, it will send you where you belong and your pain will be no more " she said as she pointed the sword at the woman. Before the woman could do anything Evangeline swiped her hand and the woman's screams were the only thing that filled the house. The ghastly woman was no more and in her place was a beautiful brunette " Thank you, I will forever be grateful to you " the woman smiled before fading away. A second later atleast ten men and woman appeared infront her and slightly bowed their heads and they too faded away.
Evangeline sighed as she stumbled back as using the sword had drained her energy. She stumbled up the stairs and walked in to the the master bedroom. She three herself on it and as soon as the pillow touched her face she was out like light.
She woke up the next morning, the dark room welcomed her and she felt at peace as there were no more spirits to trouble her. She sighed and walked out of her house, she desperately needed to paint the house into something more fashionable and find new clothing, ones that fit her current timeline. She wandered the busy streets, window shopping until she had found a dress that suited her taste and with a snap of her finger, she was wearing an inch above the knee leather skirt the showed of her curves and a red long sleeve shirt that went well with her skirt and her three inch black heels. The people around her seemed surprised as her old dress turned into a beautiful skirt and shirt. As she eyed herself through the window Ann walked passed her, grabbing her hand and pulling her towards him, she was the least bit affected by this and walked along him. He pulled her into a nearby alley and pushed against the wall. " Look kid, just because the humans know we exist does not mean flaunt your powers " he said pointing at her, scolding her " It could instill fear and they might attack, thinking we've got a secret weapon and then there might be a full out war "
" I like war, it show the losers who is boss, that they should stay in line, that's what power is all about, conflict and obedience " she said looking innocent like it the most common thing to say.
" Come with me child " the man said turning his back to her and walking away from, she simply followed behind the man as the walked out of the alley.
