As soon as her hands got free, Verlice flexed her claws and smashed the two wolves in their faces. Then, she rushed towards the open door and ran through the hallway. The two wolves who were aching from their pain, tried to get up and chase her.
"You b***! come back here!"
She heard the other wolf shout.
Verlice could hear the pounding of her own feet on the cemented floor.
What's wrong here? Why can't f** shift? She wondered.
If she could be in her full werewolf form getting out of here would be easy for her then. She continued running. She could sense the two wolves were now near her.

Her mind shouted when she sensed a faint light at the end of the dark hallway.
That must be the exit! She thinks.
