It's the day before the coronation and I came up with an amazing idea!

I got the maids to gather food, jewelry, gold coins, clothes and anything else they can get from the castle as gifts for the people of Valeda.

We went door to door, and as I was greeted with smiles, Prince Zane was greeted with so much disdain.

"My Prince, why don't you try smiling or speaking to them...show them your charm."

"Alicia it's already hard enough being out here."

I squeezed his hand," I know but please try, for me."

"Alright, for you."

Even though his smiles looked forced, he kept it on and brought out some of his corny jokes. Soon frowns were turning into smiles, as the people in town become more comfortable with him.

Short conversations turned into long ones, as I saw the Prince let his guard down. He began to enjoy each conversation and was interested in every Valedarian we came across.

"I feel ashamed that my family and I haven't done much to take care of our people."

"It's not too late my love, when you become King tomorrow, you can change that."

He leaned in and kissed me, "You truly are a Queen, thank you...this was a great idea."

As night fell we went returned back to the castle.

"Goodnight my Prince...tomorrow I'll be saying goodnight my King."

He grabbed my waist, "And where do you think you're going?"

I tried to push him off of me, "People could see us."

"Alicia we're married...so what if they see us?"

I looked at him and sighed.

"By people, you mean my brothers...so you want us to hide our love?"

"No...I...I..." I was lost for words.

"Goodnight Queen Alicia."

I watched him walk away, and felt completely dumbfounded. Why am I so worried about Prince Jeremy and Prince Elias finding out about Prince Zane and I?

I went to Prince Zane's chambers to apologize.

"You should go to your chambers and get some sleep Alicia, tomorrow is a very busy day for both of us."

I took off my dress and walked towards him, "I don't want to sleep without you."

All four moved in closer circling around me.
