My time in the woods was amazing. Atlas is someone that you never see coming, but when he does, he overwhelms you in the best way. We talked and we made out a little. It was such an amazing time.
I hate that he was called away to handle Alpha duties. I wanted to spend more time with him. I will say that the time we spent made me feel worse about how I handled our breakfast this morning. I’ve made a decision that I won’t do that anymore. If I have plans with one, I will not let the other interfere.
My walk back to the packhouse is slow as I revisit my time with Atlas. I just want to savor our conversation and our action. Before I can brace myself, my body is pulled to the side, and my back collides with a tree.
