The Ancient One

The journey to gather the ancient ones was long and arduous. Ava and Elijah traveled through treacherous landscapes, facing dangers at every turn. They braved scorching deserts, climbed treacherous mountains, and navigated treacherous rivers.

As they arrived in Terra's dimension, Ava felt a sense of awe. The landscape was breathtaking, with towering mountains and lush forests. A gentle breeze rustled through the trees, carrying the scent of blooming flowers.

"Why have you come?" Terra asked, her voice like thunder.

Ava stepped forward, her heart pounding in her chest. "We've come to ask for your help," she said. "The Devourer is destroying the universe. We need your power to defeat it."

Terra's expression was unreadable. "I have watched the Devourer from afar," she said. "I have seen its destruction, its chaos. But I will not intervene. The Devourer is a creation of the universe, and it is up to the universe to stop it."

Ava felt a surge of disappointment, but Elijah stepped forward. "We understand your reluctance," he said. "But we're not just fighting for the universe. We're fighting for our home, our people. We're fighting for what's right."

Terra's eyes narrowed, her expression thoughtful. "I will give you an answer," she said. "But first, you must prove your worthiness. I will give you a task. If you succeed, I will join you in the fight against the Devourer."
