THE EDGE OF the forest was littered with blood and shells. Empty shells of bodies as the smell of metal pangs in the air. Red, brown, and black were the new colors of what was once green grass, bright flowers, which had now become the stage of a disastrous fight. The sigh was worse than any scene I had ever seen before. I thought the severed limbs and the bloody guts I saw once in the streets were horrible. But this? This topped everything that I thought was gore.
