Antonia did everything in her power to talk to the detective who just arrested her daughter.
"I'm sorry…we found her in possession of illegal drugs…we can't just let her out," the detective said, waving his hands in the air to explain the situation. Antonia was fuming in anger as she slammed her fist on the table and leaned toward the man.
"Do you know who I am…how to address you?" she growled, shooting angry daggers at the detective looking at her with a lazy expression. She thought these policemen knew her and her family. Her prestigious family held a high position in society. Her son Luciano was well respected for them to do such a thing.
"Madam… I'm sorry, but you can't obstruct the law…your daughter was high when we found her…we can't just let her go," the detective refused
