Chapter 2: Boyfriend

Ayuna was shocked by his conjecture and soon after uncontrollable happiness overwhelmed him.
His headache vanished like a bubble. He quickly stands up and runs to his bathroom.
What faces him is a mature and seductive face void of stress marks. Ayuna touch his face gently. Feeling the smoothness belonging to youth, tears light runs out of his eyes.
"I really rebirth!" He said quietly, his hands wiping the tears in his cheeks.
"I don't know who gave me this chance but I promise to cherish it." Ayuna promise with determination filling his eyes.
He opens the tap before scooping some water to wash his face.
"Hah." Now calm, Ayuna exits the bathroom. He picks up his phone once again and unlocking it.
He taps the Contacts button. Soon after, 11 numbers appears.
He quietly scrolls down the contacts before suddenly stopping. He was staring at a particular contact. It's his boyfriend's number.
'When was the last time I called him?' Ayuna ask himself. '10 years? Yeah. The last was on our 7th anniversary. That was the time where I choose Rainbow Coral over him.'
He taps the contact name 'Honey' before giving it a call.
It's not that Ayuna didn't love him, it's just that he places more importance to advancing of Rainbow Coral than him.
His boyfriend is a smart man but quiet stupid when it comes to games. He is also understanding to the point he played ILoM even if he didn't have interest in it to spend more time with him (Ayuna).

Soon the call was picked upped.
(Goodmorning honey!)
A cheerful voice sounded from the phone.
"Hello, honey." Ayuna emotionally greets him back.
(Did you have your breakfast already?)
"No. I haven't. Why?" Ayuna ask while savoring his boyfriend's mellow but deep voice.
(I bought 2 breakfast set from your favorite restaurant. I'm on my way to your house.) He said to Ayuna. The sound of car engine ringing from the background.
"That's great! I will wait for you. You should focus on the road lest you got into accident." Ayuna sweetly reminds Caleb.
(A/N: I dont know why I only name Ayuna's boyfriend now. But, heh, I'm the author so I have the power. Bow down to your knees mortals wahahahaha)
(Yes, honey. End the call now. I love you.)
"Yeah. Take care. I love you too." After saying those words, Ayuna ends the call.
Ayuna closed his eyes silently. "To think, I still love him until now."
He opens his eyes a minute later before standing up. "I can't let Caleb see my house dirty."
He search for his comb which he found on top of the table beside his bed. He gently combs his hair until there is no unkempt hair visible. He tied it in a loose bun.
Then, he starts cleaning his whole house.
=30 Minutes Later=
"Hah! I'm done." Ayuna cheered while wiping the sweat on his forehead. He picks up a clean towel in the table infront of the sofa before wiping the sweat all over his body.
After that, he headed straight to the bathroom to take a bath. After closing the bathroom's door, he takes off his clothes. Opening the shower, he started cleaning his body with the Rose-scented bath soap he had.

Fresh from bath, Ayuna walks to his room to get his clothes.
He choose a brown jeans that enhance his long legs, a fit long neck caramel colored sweater to showcase his curves and a dark brown boots paired with caramel colored socks.
After wearing the clothes he choose, he enters the bathroom again along his phone.
After facing the mirror, he pose while picturing himself through the mirror.
It's his habit to picture his everyday outfit since he was 13 years that can't be shaken off until he was 35 years old. It does not hurt to continue it so why stop it?
After taking 3 more shot, he exits the bathroom and heads to the sala to wait for Caleb there.
After sitting in the sofa, he started thinking about his future plans.
The launch of ILoM was exactly 12:00mn today. And to access the game, he needs a gaming cabin. Gaming Cabin cost over 100,000 Star Coins which he can't afford. Only when the 2nd year after the launch he manage to scrape money to buy a gaming cabin. He have a high pride back then, leaving him getting shy when he thought of asking for money from Caleb. Anyways, after entering the game, the player will be transferred to Character Creation Space where the players will create their characters. After they were done with Character Creation, they will be randomly transported to Begginer Villages. They have to level up to 10 before they can teleport to the cities.
As the Vice Guild Leader of a first rate guild, Ayuna naturally have the informations about the various opportunities around the ILoM. With his near photographic memory, he did not worry about forgetting it.
He wants to be an Soul Sorcerer, a unique hidden job that can only be obtained after gathering 100 Beast Emperor's Soul Orbs. Any class that uses magic can transform into Soul Sorcerer. Beast Emperors do not have fixed level, they can be level 1 or they can be level 1000. Also, aside from a few Emperors from Dungeons, the rest were actually always on the wild and constantly moving. And only when the 7th year after the launch does the Soul Sorcerer appear. The owner of the Unique Job is a broke Tier 2 Summoner who by chance, encountered an Inheritance Ground.
Soul Sorcerer's ability is to upgrade the owner's skills and abilities to have the Soul Attributes. For example, the skill [Fire Ball]. Obviously, this allows you to summon a ball of fire to attack. After being upgraded by the Soul Sorcerer Class, it will change into [Soul Fire]. Aside from enhanced magical damage, this skill will have the ability to directly attack the target's soul.
Maybe, you are thinking why I know this. It's because the broke summoner, PinkyPie, reveals this information after establishing his own guild, Soul Kingdom. Maybe it to spread his reputation or something like that.

While Ayuna was in deep thought, the door of his house silently opens. A young man with a brown hair and brown eyes enters with two plastic bags in tow. He is Caleb Shinto, Ayuna's boyfriend.
Ayuna, feeling the presence of another person, snap out of his thoughts before looking to his back.
"Hello, honey." Caleb smiles, his eyes curving.
Ayuna seeing Caleb slowly gets overwhelmed by raw emotions. Tears quickly forms in his eyes before falling.
"Honey, why are you crying?" He immediately walks near Ayuna before hugging him.
Ayuna sniff before smiling to Caleb.
"I just missed you."
