Andrea was awakened from her slumber by the sound of a couple of birds singing from the window pane outside and the sunlight that peeping through her curtains. As she took a peek at her phone, checking the time, it was still early in the morning. She used to wake up late when she was back at the manor. She sat down on her bed, stretched out her body and felt refreshed. As she stepped onto her bedroom balcony, the morning sun painted the sky in hues of pink and gold. The rhythmic sound of waves crashing against the shore filled the air, accompanied by the distant thud of footsteps. Intrigued, she cast her gaze downward and her bodyguard, Xavier, jogged along the sandy stretch. His silhouette, defined by the early sunlight, showcased a physique sculpted by dedication and discipline. The golden rays highlighted the contours of his strong jawline, and sweat glistened on his chiselled chest. Andrea, momentarily captivated, felt a warmth spreading through her, a sensation that transcended the boundaries of professionalism. Caught in the act, Xavier slowed his jog, his gaze locking onto Andrea's eyes. As their eyes met, a subtle recognition passed between them. A mischievous grin tugged at Xavier's lips, sensing her enchantment. Andrea, abruptly snapped back to reality, felt a blush creep up her cheeks as embarrassment replaced her initial admiration. The realisation of being caught staring left her momentarily frozen. With a playful glint in his eyes, Xavier teased her from a distance, a knowing smirk that spoke volumes. A mix of shyness and frustration filled her that made her couldn't bear the intensity from his gaze. She turned on her heels, a hint of anger fuelling her steps, and fled back into the sanctuary of the house. The dance of emotions unfolded beneath the morning sun, leaving an unspoken tension lingering in the salty breeze. A spark ignited, fanned by a teasing exchange that hinted at a connection neither of them expected. *** Andrea, who's just finished washing up, went downstairs. In the kitchen's warmth, Andrea immersed herself in the routine of preparing a meal, the sound of a sizzling pan filling the air. Unaware that Xavier had returned, he slowly walks to her from behind with a mischievous smile on his face. As he put his hands on the kitchen top, Andrea froze from doing what she was doing. "Trying to run away after quietly staring at someone aren't you, my Little Miss?" A sudden voice behind her sent shivers down her spine. She flinched as he whispered softly to her ears. She can feel his warm breath tickling from the back of her ears crawling down to her neck makes her skin feel tingling. Andrea is aware that Xavier was bigger than her physically. Xavier then saw Andrea's ears turn red. As she turns around, she pushes him hard and tries to catch a breath. As she was holding her breath the moment Xavier stood behind her. Her face is blushing so hard from embarrassment. "What the hell are you doing?!" She can't even look him in the face with her heart that is beating like crazy. She can't even control her emotions right now. Xavier laughs out loud. As he finds it fun to tease her. "Oh, gosh. I didn't know that our little young miss was this innocent," He said then he acted like he was thinking something and with a smirk and a sly look in his eyes, he continued to say, "Oh yeah, you never even got into a serious relationship before right? How can you even know things like that or even this..." Once again Andrea was shocked by Xavier's act. He pulled her into an unexpected embrace. Andrea startled, found herself pressed against his bare, chiselled chest. She tries to look away and hides her gaze but Xavier pulls her face by the chin, gently looking back at him. He can tell that she's even more embarrassed now than when she was caught looking at him a moment ago. Andrea suddenly realised something when she heard his heartbeat. Louder and clear. It was beating fast. The sensation was electrifying, and before she could fully grasp the situation, her hands instinctively roamed across his warm bare skin. A momentary lapse of control held them captive in an intimate dance. Andrea's surprise gave way to a surge of emotions that she couldn't deny. Yet, as reality crashed back, she recoiled, her eyes widening in disbelief at her own actions. With a mix of embarrassment and confusion, Andrea hastily retreated, escaping the magnetic pull between them. The kitchen witnessed a silent exchange that left lingering echoes of a connection neither could easily ignore. *** Andrea closed the door and locked it. With her hands on her chest, she can feel the thumping beat of her heart running wild. As she leaned on the door behind her, she fell on the floor. In her disbelief, she was surprised by how she acted afterwards in his warm embrace and the sound of his beating heart. She still feels her face burning hot from the unexpected intimate moment between them. *** On the other hand, Xavier stepped into the bathroom, the steam from the running water creating a hazy atmosphere. As he undressed, memories of the unexpected intimacy with Andrea a moment ago played in his mind. The lingering touch, the closeness—they fueled a desire that he couldn't ignore. The recollection of Andrea's silhouette. She was still in her nightgown, which made her look more seductive even though she was wearing an outer robe. He still can see it all from where he was standing while she was still wrapped around in his arms a moment ago. They way her eyes look at his body and the brief gentle touch of her hands around his bare skin intensified the heat in the confined space. He still can freshly feel it and the moment he felt her two big chests pressing on his body. It felt so soft and Xavier felt like wanting to touch it. And her little thin waist. And without any ill intention, his gaze fell down on her bottom at the part of her back. He almost couldn't control himself over her. He feels as if he wants to ruin her and mark every part of her body. It makes him feel like he wanted to own her just for himself. His mind keeps replaying the scene, each detail etched vividly with Andrea in it while his hand moving trying to satisfy his needs. As he was done, he chuckled in disbelief. He looked up and pulled his hair back. The reflection in the bathroom mirror revealed a desire that mirrored the waves of the ocean outside. Xavier, caught in the moment of heated yearning, realised the magnetic pull between them had left an indelible mark, one that lingered beneath the surface of their burgeoning connection. When reality snapped out of his imagination, he realised that things between them will never be easy as two people falling in love and creating a relationship where he knows how low the ground he stands and how high is hers to reach. It will be... Impossible. To be continued...
