Four Realms

1061 Words
It was said that the universe was filled with hundreds if not thousands of realms that were scattered across billions of stars. Most of these realms could hold life forms such as humans, ghosts, elves, beasts, and the like. The number of realms was uncountable and the number of lives incalculable. But some realms were considered dead realms, this means that these realms could not accommodate any life whatsoever. In ancient times, the universe was said to have 5 major realms that stood above all other realms, respectively these were Demon Realm, God realm, Beast World, Celestial World, and the Mortal Realm. But due to several hundred million years of war, the Demon, God, and Celestial realms no longer existed. Like many other dead realms, these vast universes became a forbidden zone for all life forms. During the millions of years of war, the number of lives that were lost was just too many to put a number on, several trillion. After the great war, the Beast world and the Mortal realm were the only major realms remaining with thousands of other side realms and worlds. After thousands of years, Beast World and the Mortal world started to eye each other, this was due to the growing need for more resources. In the Mortal world, there was a planet that was called Star 7. Due to the size of the mortal realm, some planets had names while others had numbers. The numbers didn't mean anything much other than the name of the planet itself. Within Star 7, there was a small village that was located within a forest, which was closed off from the rest of the world. One could even say that this part of the world was a forgotten area. It was currently nighttime as the stars shined with a beautiful glow which made one's heart sigh in admiration. Lamps were lit everywhere within the village that was made of wood, but as everyone slept, there was a young boy who looked to be around 15 years old who was standing not too far away from a dead pig. The boy's hand was bloody and his body was shaking. He had messy black hair and dark brown eyes, he had a broken knife in his hand, shaking as he look down at the pig. The broken knife in his hand was covered in blood as he eyed the dead pig. His eyes only showed hunger, deep hunger for food that was coated with madness. "Forgive me, but a growing boy needs to eat Mr pig!" The boy kneeled as he used the knife to cut open the belly of the pig. To the side, there was an old bag that the boy was using as storage for the meat from the pig, his actions were fast and well-practiced as he looked to and from. It was obvious that the pig wasn't his, from his location, he was in the backyard of a restaurant. Which made it even more obvious! "OK this should do it" Sutu Ning looked around a few more times before getting up to leave in a hurry. This wasn't his first time doing something like this and he knew that the cook for the restaurant would be coming out soon, with quick steps he hurried away towards the forest that surrounded the village. "Sorry old things, but I have to eat to survive haha" While Sutu Ning was walking in the forest, he couldn't stop himself from smiling. He hadn't eaten for days now, the people in the village didn't treat him well and he who was just 15 years old was left to die. He had no family because for as long as he could remember, he was all alone. The funniest thing about the issue was that he couldn't even remember anything from 10 years ago. Only the events starting thereafter, which is only 5 years of memory. But that being said, Sutu Ning never paid much attention to it. While walking deeper into the forest, a flash of lightning cut across the night sky illuminating the entire land. "Wow, that was pretty bright" Boom Raaarr Sutu Ning covered his eyes while looking away. What followed after was a loud clap of thunder, the sound was so loud that even the wild animals were scared away. When the clap of thunder passed, Sutu Ning felt as if his head was about to explode. "Huh, what's happening. My head feels like it's about to be torn off" Jiji Sutu Ning fell to the ground while holding his head, his eyes were bloodshot as he gritted his teeth in pain. Not too far away from Sutu Ning, space began to fluctuate frantically as a vortex as black as ink slowly came into being. The aura being released by the vortex was crushingly powerful as it slowly spun around. "What the hell is that thing!" Sutu Ning screamed, the vortex was one of the most terrifying things he had ever seen in his entire life. Not long after screaming, a suction force came from the middle of the spinning vortex and pulled him in. He didn't even have the time to shout much less struggle. After God knows how long, Sutu Ning opened his tightly closed eyes, he was having a major headache and his eyes were blurring. After a few moments of settling down, his headache passed and he was able to see again. "Waahh" With his open wide open, what came into view was a vast land filled with mountains as tall as the eyes could see. Trees as large hills and massive flowing rivers. But the shocking thing about this picture was that the sky was filled with lighting and thunder running across the sky like massive dragons. The sky was pitch black and the aura of death could be felt from every corner of the world. The place was very cold, which made the hairs on the back of Sutu Ning's neck stand on end. The millions of trees were tall but broken, the mountains were massive but in ruins. "What kind of place is this" Sutu Ning was trembling in fear, the feeling he got from this place shook his soul to the core. His eyes held shock and dread when he thought about the vortex that pulled him into this place.
