DOMINIC'S POV  The lab was pitch black and smelled of ozone and rain, but all I could f*****g smell was her. Jessica. Her sweet, terrified scent filled up the whole damn room, and it was making my wolf pace and snarl under my skin. She was clinging to me, her whole body shaking against mine, and the only thing I wanted to do was bite down on that soft spot where her neck met her shoulder and claim her right f*****g there.
