  Jason's POV   I sat in my car outside the training facility for a long time after defending Lysa, my hands gripping the steering wheel so tightly my knuckles had gone white.   She could never betray me.   I'd said it with such conviction, such absolute certainty. Had stared down my teammates and declared my trust in her like it was an immutable fact of the universe. No one dared argue after that. They all knew how serious I was about Lysa. They all knew I had already chosen her.   So why couldn't I make myself start the car and drive home?   The image Danny had painted kept replaying in my head—Lysa at a ski resort, holding hands with some other man, while telling me she was too busy to see me.
