Florence hears a blast. She suddenly feels excruciating pain in her leg, which makes her loose balance and drop on the ground. She hears Alex shouting. She looks terrified out of her mind.
Another blast follows. She feels Maya loosing the grip around her mouth and drop down with her. Florence can finally breathe, but not for long. Her leg hurts so much. It’s an agonizing pain, which makes her almost pass out. She hits her head pretty bad, too, but it feels like barely anything comparing to her leg.
The next thing she sees is Alex’s petrified face right in front of her. Everything gets blurry, but Alex’s shouting makes her wake up briefly. Florence doesn’t understand what’s going on. Has he been shot?
There’s a sound of tearing up fabric. Alex is crying. It’s such a weird scene
