Chapter 4

Lipsa's pov

I was walking with Alex now hand in hand after he calmed down. I made small talk about his favourites and my favourites.It seems we have a lot in common.

Suddenly I felt Alex grip tightened in my hand, I glanced towards him only to found him shivering.I was about to ask him what's wrong when I suddenly heard twigs crunching, the sound was faraway but audible.At first I thought it's maybe Alex's family or my team mates but when I heard some animalistic growls I realised it's a bad news, maybe those fu***ng dogs have some friends.

I immediately grabbed Alex and ran forward. I was dodging branches and bushes and while carrying Alex it seemed a bit difficult but I am not going to stop to die and become meal of some filthy wild dogs.

Still running,I noticed they are nearing me and then suddenly a huge brown wolf jumped out of a bush landing before me, I came to a halt. It has hazel colour iris and it is looking me up and down like analysing me and I swear it intend to kill me. More wolf came out of bushes and I am now surrounded.

There's no escape way , has it been only me I could have managed somehow but with Alex with me he is my first priority.

The brown wolf barked at me like asking something , I couldn't understand but I can try atleast

" Hey guys, look I am no harm to you and not this little boy. If we should have an adult to adult talk than should I first leave this boy somewhere safe?" I know it's crazy but at this situation what do you expect from me exactly.

The brown wolf again barked and turned around,is he leaving just like that? Had he pitied me? I felt something poking me on my back, I turned around to gasp lightly, a brick red coloured wolf almost same size as the first one was pushing me forward to follow the brown one I guess. So I did the same , I followed the brown wolf. I think my body is working on its own to become a hella fuc***g dinner of these bunch of wolves. I can't believe it, I am being kidn*pped by a bunch of wolves? Good going Lipsa, you are going to break all records.

After walking some way deep inside the dense forest, I could see some houses . So there's a town in here, well the question is why are this Wolves taking me to human habitation? Are they any type of trained wolves or what? like in movies, every villian have some badass wild animal as pet. Alex was quite the whole time, except for now and then small whimpering.I try to calm him by patting his back, he has his face buried in my neck. I guess he is scared.

After what felt like hours we finally reached a house... no scratch that a mansion, a huge fuc***g mansion. Wow it's huge and really beautiful, it had the vines of old Victorian style house, whole mansion mix of white and gold, a lawn in front big enough to play football, huge gate at entrance designed as vines and wolves.... but why do they need gates when they are like surrounded by forest from all directions, just for show maybe. Wow this town has some serious liking to wolves, I bet they must be called wolf town, I mean all the house we came across has some symbol of wolves, although I didn't saw many people like they are purposely hiding.

This place is heaven in forest, so unexpected I mean I was believing some cave or some river bank to brought by these wolves for their party to get rolling ( some sarcasm there)

We are still surrounded by these abnormally large wolves and I seriously wants to meet their owner now as to ask what do they feed them actually to grow this giant. I was brought out of my thoughts by small whimpering in my neck

I looked down to Alex in my arms who is now silently crying, he must be scared, I patted his back to make him calm

" Hey there boy don't cry Ok you are safe with me, no one can touch you... mmm"

He raised his head slightly and I saw his green eyes glassy with tears, awww I don't like him crying

" They will punish me" he wishpers like someone will hear him

" No one can punish you, I am with you you are safe" I cooed at him

" They will beat me , I don't have mom Alpha will punish me" he wishpers

"No one will touch you, I will not allow anyone, you saw right how I kicked the as- sry arms and legs of those dogs, these are also nothing" I smiled at him

His eyes started shining, he liked my suggestion, I should plan how-to escape from here, then a question clicked

" Who is Alpha? and why did you say he will punish you? Baby do you know this house?"

He was about to answer when the door to mansion opened, the first thing I saw was a stellihout of a man, walking towards us. He surely have some powerful aura, I can feel it and to prove this all the wolves around me bowed their head in submission. He must be their owner and our kidnapper.

As he approached us and I could see him more clearly I could see his hair dark chocolate brown and even from distance I can see they are silky and must be soft to touch, he has a natural tan he must be working out outdoor, he is sporting light beard , eyes deepest of amber colour and I bet must have some gold specks if looked upon close. His body is well built and the tight black v neck he is wearing giving more defination to all those tight packed muscles underneath. And don't let me start with his thighs, oh god this man is dream of every girls, he is clearly the dream daddy material, oooo I am sounding kinky now.

As he came few feet closer our eyes met and it was like everything is in slow motion, the light wind blowing his perfectly done hairs, his muscles bulging when he crossed them in front of his chest his eyes on me are sending strange tingling feeling down south. Wow I am actually acting like some horny b*tch his face has many emotions , shock, pleased, confusion, pain, anger, and ... dissapointment? I followed his line of sight , he was looking no he was glaring at the boy in my arms, he was glaring at Alex. Alex in turn srinked more in my arms.

His eyes once again met mine, his features relaxing a bit, just a tini tiny bit . He closed his eyes for a second and took deep breath, like we do when smell something delicious. When he opened his eyes I gasped, I am sure I saw his eyes all black but after blinking it was the same amber eyes, looking at me.

Maybe I was hallucinating.

"Jack, take him inside" he spoke for the first time ever , a man from behind me walked only in a basketball shorts and no t-shirt, his perfectly toned body is on full display , he is also handsome but not as gorgeous as the first one. As I was checking out this guy jack I heard a dangerous growl I turned around , it must be from one of these wolves surrounding us.

"Jack, now" I looked at Jack who has what seem like amusement in his eyes looking at me, it doesn't take rocket science to know who he is reffering to. I glanced at Alex who is now clutching my jacket tight. And like he is gonna take him so easily under my protection...

" Woha dude wait, first of all k********g is illegal and secondly have some respect for this lady here, what made you think that you could take this boy so easily ?" I glared at him , he looked at me sternly then a second later asked

"And who are you to him?"

I was taken back for a moment , what should I reply, I am his what? I am just a stranger who saved the boy from some wolves just to kidn*pped by some others.... I looked at Alex who is now looking at me , his green eyes wide and looking at me lovingly, and calling me.

I blurted out even before thinking

"I am his mother, he is my son" I am still looking at Alex who is at first shocked then clearly happy, his smile is adorable.

I looked up to see both Jack and the rude guy was shocked, but something more is in rude guys face which I couldn't point on.

"Take him in Jack, I will deal with him later" the ride guy said again.

" Who the hell are you, you can't take my son!" I shouted, and held Alex close to me.

Jack came forward and against my will he snatched Alex from me, I could have easily taken down him but in between a bunch of wolves it is not a wise decision.

Jack was smiling ear to ear as if all this is some joke to him, I couldn't stand him and snapped

"what's so funny abut this? Give me my son back!" I demanded

His grin turned to full-blown laughter and he said something that made me taken aback

" Dear if you are his mother than this guy over here is you husband"

"WHAT??!"

"Yup, he is this boy's father, believe it or not"

I don't want to believe him, but it's hard to ignore the similarity between them, infact as soon as I saw this man I thought he must be somehow related to Alex, maybe some uncle of his who want to kidnap him for ransom from Alex's wealthy father. But the way he is looking at Alex is giving me second thoughts and I will believe my second thought

"Hello sweet lady, sorry for late introduction my name is Jack Morris I am be- assistant, his assistant" he was clearly saying something else

" Hello Jack but your introduction doesn't explain our k********g by a bunch of fuc***g dogs" I was screaming at him at end

" My name is David Von Covey and I am the owner of this house. Also this boy is ... is my biological son" the rude guy now I know his name as David said with great hesitation.

I need to confirm it so I looked at Alex " Hey Alex darling, do this rude guy telling the truth? Is he really your dad?" I asked him looking straight in his eyes for any sign of denial but his clear big guy and his face is saying it all. To confirm it he nodded his head.

I looked at David who is now looking at me, I matched his stare

"So why were you k********g a boy? Are you a human trafficker?"

I was shocked, the audicity of this guy.

"WHAT?!!! Are you serious? I am not k********g him infact I saved him, I saved him from being dinner of some filthy fu***ng wolves for crying out loud, while his so called dad was in his house chilling! And you are accusing me?"

I can see their shocked faces, even I am shocked at my outbrust. God Lipsa what has gotten into your a**.

" Wow, feisty one"

David and I both glared at Jack. Jack just shrugged and moved towards house, I had totally forgotten about the wolves surrounding us till I felt a nudge at my back pushing me to move forward and to answer my thoughts David spoke

" We are not accusing you. It's just part of investigation, and I would like to talk more on this inside the house" he motions towards his mansion, well he must be loaded.

" The word itself is negetive" I said following them, what can I do if he is Alex's family but I do want to have a word with him on his view of parenting.

He looked at me" What, investigation?"

" Yes, it's like an accusing word itself" I replied

He was going to say something but was cut off by loud growl from behind us, it was scary but I brushed it off thinking it maybe one of the wolves this man is owning.

But David stiffened in his tracks, I saw Jack who now turned towards us. I maybe sometime slow at some cases but here I know that this growl was bad news.

Everything happened too fast, Jack handed Alex to me, and asked to run to the mansion which is some 500 meter away, not a problem.

David was already running towards the forest and to my shock he changed mid air into a fuc**ng wolf , a large black wolf the largest i have ever seen , WHAT is this real or am I dreaming? Not only David but Jack also changed into a caramel brown wolf who is also big but not as big as David. I was at loss where am I on the earth to meet people who change into wolves in blink of an eye. I mean don't they need a full moon or something?

I followed Jack's word not wanting to take any risk with Alex. If they are this ... this ok whatever changing animal then does Alex also? But I don't feel any discomfort of Alex being one of them. I am sure if this is a dream I am having some really crazy sh*t as dream.

I was running towards the mansion, as I was just some 200 meter away I was thrown away by a heavy force causing me to hit my back at a tree, Alex fell from my grip.

I raised my eyes a second later to see a huge brown wolf similar to those in forest standing , growling towards me and Alex who is a few feet away from me but closer to the wolf.

I glanced towards the others to see a battle like scene , I cannot recognise anyone but the black wolf stood out most. He was fericeously biting and attacking on the other party. I again looked in front of me, I can save Alex but the wolf will reach Alex first or I can kill this wolf first but I have to act fast .

I get up from floor, I bring out my pocket knife. Remember when I told you how a pocket knife can do wonders, now you are going to see some glimpses of it.

I ran towards the wolf who leaped at Alex, but before he can touch him I kicked him straight at his gut. The wolf fall a few feet away but got up instantly, now his whole attention was on me, good.I again ran towards it and ducked under it as it leaped at me, I lodged my knife at his what I assume to be chest, and dragged it down. It's blood spilled on me, and it fall dead.

I was enjoying my victory when Alex screamed " Mom!!!!" I turned around to see another buff colour wolf has Alex under his paws, his snout inches away from Alex. I didn't think twice, I raised my wrist slightly and threw my knife which lodged itself inside the Wolf's eye. Immediately I jumped at the wolf on its back, my arms successfully locking its jaw and I wrapped my legs around its abdomen in a choke hold.After a few minutes struggle it went limp.

I got up and ran to Alex, tightly holding him my arms. I was scared of him hurting, I thought I lost him almost.He clutched my shirt tightly.

We were like this for God knows how long , we were brought out of our cute hug by a throat clearing. I looked up to saw Jack in front of me in his boxer. I got up still holding Alex and without any word started walking towards the mansion. in corner of my eyes I saw the huge black wolf that maybe David following us .

I had many questions, what are they? how come they exist and we don't know or what is happening? I can think of that later, right now

I focus on Alex and getting some rest as I cannot process what is the actual f**k going on here.

But one thing is for sure that when Alex called mom, it may not be for me but I want him to be my son infact he is my son.
