~Aryan
For as long as I could remember, I lived my life how I wanted - controlling the outcomes and everything else that revolved around it -but recently everything was starting to fall out of place and it began about the time that woman with the body of the devil and face of an angel walked into my office.
I tried but I just couldn't understand why such a woman intrigued me. I usually preferred my women glamorous and stylish with confidence and experience and a heavily endowed body to go with it. Chloe Callahan was none of that. She was timid and plain and too innocuous for my liking, and after that night, she should've been out of my head and long-forgotten but up until this very moment, she taunted my mind with an intoxicating tempo that nearly drove me mad. And right now, I should've been paying more attention to the girl on top of me but my mind had been preoccupied with other things.
I let out a sudden sigh of frustration and ran both fingers through my hair. Nope. This wasn't working. I thought maybe rebound s*x with the most beautiful woman I could find at the strip club would clear my head and cure me of my idiotic longing but it didn't.
"That's enough." I gruffed, holding her hips to stop her movements.
She panted open-mouthed, streaks of sweat trickling down her milky skin. Her doe eyes leveled onto mine and her brows rose in question. "Am I doing something wang? Don't you like it?".
I hardened.
"I do. I'm just not in the right state of mind."
"Why? What's bothering you?"
I groaned. I couldn't possibly tell her I was worried because some fling I had great s*x with and had been thinking about for the past months was now back in my life and claiming to be pregnant for me. "It's not something I want to talk about."
"Alright then, I won't push for it but you brought me here for a reason." She began to move again, making it harder to think.
"Rosey, I said-"
"Please." She implored, grasping my shoulders in an attempt to hold on. "You're still very much hard inside me. Please let me do this, I promise I can make you feel better."
My willpower writhed with every movement she made. I groaned. Maybe I could just enjoy this and try harder to forget.
"I'll take it from here." I held her hips taking into her more deeply than she was willing to take me and she arched.
I didn't stop.
"Yes right there!" Her nails dug into my shoulder, her eyes squeezing shut. "I'm so close."
The pace of my upward thrust increased. I buried myself deeper, over and over, the violence bringing her close to tears and me close to orgasm.
"Fuck." I moaned, feeling my gut tighten with pleasure, and I continued.
It took a moment to catch my breath. When it returned to normalcy, I lay next to her. She was still a panting mess.
I clambered out of bed and picked up my briefs from where she'd thrown them in a hurry to take me into her mouth.
A knock sounded on my bedroom door right about the moment I slipped back into it.
"Sir." My housekeeper, Maggie spoke from behind the door. "One of your employees, Jerry just arrived and is requesting to see you.
Jerry?
That was quick.
I hadn't expected him to be back with the task until tomorrow. But then again, considering he once worked with central intelligence, I wasn't too surprised.
Rosey rolled onto her back. "Does that mean we're done?"
I padded over to my large dresser and picked out one of my robes. "Yes. You should leave." I tossed it on. "I'll call the club and have you rewarded for your service." I didn't wait for her to reply. I opened the door and walked out, descending the flight of stairs to my study where Jerry waited for me.
"Good day, boss".
"Yeah". I answered gruffly as I walked over to my large leather chair and crashed into it with a sigh of exhaustion leaving my lips. "What do you have for me?"
He tossed a brown envelope on my desk. I reached for it and felt my heart clench when I pulled out a grayscale photo of Chloe.
"So I called in a favor from my friend in central intelligence and he was able to help me out with this." He told me. "Everything you need to know about her is in her file but I'll save you the stress and just read the summarized version out for you."
I reached for the bottle of whiskey already placed on my desk and poured a generous amount into the crystal glass before tilting my head back to drain the contents in one swallow. "Go on then."
So, Hope Sterling, or Rosabella if you like." He started. "Let's see. Born in August 1995 in South Carolina, she lived with her mum and brother there up until 2022 when they relocated to San Francisco. Seems like her father was never in the picture."
He sipped his smoothie.
"Her mother works as a nurse. Her half-brother is married and he runs a small-scale company. You've both worked on a project together. Didn't end well I take it."
He cleared his throat. "Back to Hope. She finished community college three years ago but hasn't found a good-paying job so she works at a local dinner. She lives in a small condo in Bay- view. She has a best friend, Britney who also works at the diner. She had a boyfriend once".
My brow rose. "Why did they break up."
"He cheated."
Typical. I poured myself another glass and kicked it back. "Proceed."
He nodded and continued. I chuckled. "Most times when she's not home, she's helping her brother watch his kids.
I leaned back into my chair and heaved out a breath. This was an earful. "I need you to do me a favor."
"Anything for you, boss."
"Set up a discreet meeting with Mrs. Callahan".
"Mrs. Sterling. Got it. Anything else?"
I shook my head. "You can leave now."
"Alright! See you at the office, boss." He saluted with two fingers above his brows and walked out whilst leaving me to silence as I stared down at Chloe's photo.
