It has been two days since Charles attacked my home and took over the castle. He often comes in here and tells me of his plans, of how he is going to take over the weaker shifters first by making them believe he is fighting for them, how he already has a hand full of supporters. He talked about the fact that he even had the dragon king believing he is an ally. I wish I could get up and rip him apart. A small part of me feels sad to hear that his is the person he really is, that so many years of memories have been turned to dust by his betrayal, not just to me, but his true mate, the girl that grew up with him, and loved him for centuries.
Isaac been locked up because he fought back and tried to kill Charles himself. I hate to think of what they are doing to his, but thanks to Elean
