After the call ended, I released a big sigh and walked toward the bed where Lily was. “Lily! We need to go to hospital now, your grandma admitted to the hospital a few hours ago,” I delivered the news from Nick. As soon as I finished, she jumped out of the bed and moved around the room, searching for something. I could tell from her action, she was definitely in a panic mood.
“Lily, Lily, clam down. Hey, look at me, everything’s gonna be okay,” I told her while she was moving around in the room, searching for something.
