My heart skips a beat as I lift my eyes to see him standing, his hands in his pocket. His stare is deadly and even without saying a word he is pushing me off the edge.
He narrows his eyes at me knowing I'm watching him, but I'm not sure if it's the cold breeze or the dark clouds that's making me feel like I have entered the alter universe.
My lips tremble.
He stays quiet but only if I can read his mind, read those dark thoughts that's darker than those eyes with intent.
