Arthur could not find the words to use as an excuse for the bomb that I just dropped on him. He had just been caught at his own game without being prepared or expecting it.
He could not believe had a reason to agree to come and have a talk with him. Did I plan this all along? He would have thought to himself as he looked down in shame.
