I'm having a hard time falling asleep alone. I've slept next to Young every day for the past seven months. These sheets smell brand new. The room is too open. I've been sitting against my headboard for a while now. I pushed the sheets away and got up. I went over to the window and pulled the curtains open. It's late. The waxing gibbous moon is bright. The water below is glistening. As promised, my room is facing the ocean. Much like the island we had been on, the castle is built into the edge of a cliff. The sky here is clear. The stars look so much closer. The shades of dark blue, black, purple, and white swirl together like smoke art. The window just makes the room seem bigger. I shut the curtains and turned around to head towards what I think is the bathroom. I sigh know
