Tara and Antonio, despite everything, tumbled into bed together. It seemed that they could not resist the temptation.
“I love you so damn much,” he let out breathlessly when he freed her mouth.
His eyes bore into hers, making the air feel rarer to her.
“Less talking, more loving,” she told him earnestly while trying to remove his t-shirt for him.
He threw the offending piece of clothing away, and then busied himself with the dress she was wearing.
When it was discarded on the floor like old news, he took a moment to look at her, almost as if he couldn’t believe she was there, in front of him, safe and sound. His hands ghosted over her curves, creating a path of fire down her body.
