Rosella's pov
"What do you mean?" I asked with confusion laced on my face.
"My name is Damien Conrad. Did my surname ring a bell?" Caden, I mean Damien said.
"Conrad is Adam's mother's surname. Which means-"
"Yes yes, I am Adam's half brother. Same mother, different father. Because beloved mother couldn't keep her legs shut." He said and I couldn't believe that he's the same sweet person who saved me from the shooting.
"But Cad- I mean Damien, why would you lie to me about your name? I thought we were friends." I asked him.
He came really close to me which made me uncomfortable.
"I'm sorry Rosa. But if I told you my real name and Adam found out, he wouldn't let you meet me. Because he hates me." He answered.
"I'm sure he doesn't hate you. And I don't get it, why am I here?"
