Chapter 51
We divide the watch into hour-long segments. Dita takes the first watch so she can poke around in the security system. “You both have done a lot more than me. I mean Ada, you have literally run all over the place getting our team back together, my turn to play doctor. Go to sleep.”
I try to make an objection, but when Kathel agrees with her, I give in. Kathel grabs stacks of fabric off the shelves and arranges them into a makeshift bed, while I change out of my suit and into my civilian clothes. While these clothes may make us stand out, the suits are even stranger, especially in this section of the colony. “Did you see a table or anything while you were pulling this stuff down?” I ask as he moves to change.
“No, why?” He answers from the other side of the dressing room door.
