"You're lucky I'm not punching you in the throat right now." Alexander throw her sister bag in the trunk.   "Why, I didn't do shit."   "What you mean, you didn't do anything? You literally got caught having s*x in the kitchen, it you acted right you wouldn't be here with me, Half a brain cell I swear."   "It was a mistake."   "You keep f*****g up, now you gotta spend your summer with me when you could of been in Hawaii with ma."   "Well everybody can't be like you, little miss perfect, the golden child."   Alexander shook her head, closing down the trunk.   Riley was only seventeen years old, but she was pure trouble. She knew how to use her looks to get her what she wants. Alexander looked more Latin while Riley took more of her mother's side of the family. Standing at 5'11, with black straight hair, and hazel eyes, she was a little darker than Alex, which she took from their dad.   "I'm not perfect, I don't even belong in the same category as perfect.”   "Girl you graduate with a 3.9 GPA, ten language speaker, a math wiz, instrument genius, artist, and a f*****g fashionista. You're so f*****g smart it's annoying." Riley grabs the aux cord.   "Because I apply myself and get my work done. If you stop hanging with those looser friends, you will do the same." Alexander pulled out of the airport.   "They're only losers because I have friends. You only have one and don't even know how to have fun, all you do is go to school then home, watch mukbangs, and sleep." Riley shook her head.   "Thank you for pointing out my very boring life, but I don't need friends, I'm happy with it just being Renee and associates."   "You need a life, do something risky. Let me make you an i********: account I have been begging you forever."   "If I said Yes will you shut up?"   "I will, maybe this will help you finally get some p***y. Twenty-one-year-old virgin, I'm disgusted."   Alexander shook her head at her younger sister.   "I'm not you, I rather not stick my d**k in everything, Std's are real."   "I get tested all the time shut up." Riley smacked her forehead, pressing play on her music.   "Who's this?" Alexander frown looking at the phone.   "Norra Love, you don't know her?"   "I do, I just don't like her music she's overrated and way too sad." Alexander shrugged.   "Shut up, I love her that's my wife. That reminds me she's playing at a festival, can you get me tickets?"   "I will think about it, I got you for two months, just don't f**k it up stupid and I will get you them." Alexander open the apartment door.   "I will, order some food while I go to my room." Riley mushed her head running away with her bags.   Alexander shook her head, walking into her room, it was now 8pm and she was in need of a bath.   "I ordered pizza don't disturb me, I'm going to take a bath." Alexander shouted turning on the  water.   *** "I enjoy having these calls with you they distract me from the world."   "I like them too, Tell me something, Norra."   "Something like what?"   “A secret something nobody knows."   This is how their conversations go now, one month since the first normal conversation between them, four months of knowing each other. Norra had become a major person in the older girl's life.   They didn't dive too deep into each other lives. The pair didn't open up about family or friends; they didn't talk about work, age, or even where they're from.   There was the occasional mention of 'mom' or 'younger sibling -an offhand comment about Norra's crazy work schedule and how much she travels for it. The pair didn't mind it was easier that way. For Alexander, Billie was a breath of fresh air, someone new. They told each other secrets. They shared their views on religion, politics, etc, but sometimes the topics drifted to their love for art, music, life, and their mutual dislike for the ocean.   Alexander shared her love for working out and solving math problems, which will get her called a nerd by the younger girl.   "I'm bisexual, and nobody knows."   "Why doesn't nobody know? Are you scared they will be judge mental?” Alexander asked in confusion.   “My family knows, it's the people around me, I don't think they realize I'm getting older, so my views are changing, I'm growing and learning things. And they're stuck on the old me, the younger me." Alexander heard the deep sigh she let out.   "And that's their fault, don't allow them to box you in baby girl. it's up to you, to break free of the chain they're trying to put on you."   "I get it, it's just so hard because I don't want to disappoint them, they've been in my life forever, they like my best friends."   "Princess, if they think the same about you, they're going to allow you to be yourself okay. and f**k them if they leave people to come and go every day." Alexander steps out of her bath, grabbing her towel.   "Thank you, now tell me something, what is your worst fear?"   "That I will get everything I ever wanted in life and it's going to be a nightmare. Because life isn't meant to be perfect, you know." Alexander said.   “I definitely get that." Her voice came out in whispered.   "It's going to scare me, and I know it's going to keep me on edge all the time. What about you?" Alexander walked into her room into the closet.   "I will not be this happy anymore, I have had so much on me from such a young age, but people don't get it. They call me weak and it's just draining you know."   "You're not weak baby girl, I wish I could show you what I see or hear however you want to put it, you deserve it all."   "I feel like if I knew what this life was going to bring, I would have never done it and I hate thinking like this."  Alexander shook her head. She just wanted to hug the girl and tell her everything is okay.   "I'm sorry you feel like this Norra, I can't tell you to don't, that will be unfair to you all I can say is hold on tightly, s**t gets better."   "Alex, the food is getting cold." Riley knocks on her door.   "I gotta go mami, text me if you need something. I don't care what it is I'm here for you."   "Thank you, Alexander." ***   Alexander sat on the sofa stuffing her face with the forth slice of pizza, it was now 10pm and she was alone enjoying watching Netflix.   "Oh my God, Norra Love is live." Riley squealed running out of her room.   "Okay." Alexander shrugged drinking her water.   "Since I'm here, you guys should request to go live with me, I miss you all.'   "Should I request?"   "I mean your a little ugly but go for it." Alexander laughed only to get a pillow to face.   "Hold a f*****g second you guys." Laughing could be heard in the background.   "Put it on the TV, I want to see."   "Okay, I'm just going to start randomly adding people."   "Request stupid." Alexander smack her forehead.   "I am damn."   Alexander sat watching for twenty minutes, laughing at everyone crying because of the celebrity.   "Hi, baby."   "Oh s**t," Riley shouted.   "What the f**k, that's you Ri."   "Did the live pause?"   Alexander shook her head and took the phone from the frozen Riley.   "I think you broke my sister, she ain't saying anything and that normally doesn't happen." Alexander chuckled.   "I'm sorry, but how are you love?"   "I'm okay, just watching people cry which is so f*****g funny man, but how are you beautiful?"   "I'm doing great, what are you doing? Where are you?"   "I'm in LA, I'm just chilling like a villain."   "That was so f*****g lame."   "You sound familiar, I like you're voice." Alexander winked at her.   "You're such a f*****g weirdo."   Alexander laughed with the singer, which seem to snap her sister out of whatever state she was in.   "Hi Norra, I love you so much." Riley pushed her sister head away.   "Hey, stop f*****g bullying me." Alexander smack her shoulder.   "Hey, be nice to each other. You guys are beautiful."   "Thank you, but not as beautiful as you. You're so gorgeous Norra."   "I mean she's in red light but okay." Alexander shrugged.   "Red light is Norra's thing, excuse her Norra  she doesn't know who you are." Riley moved from her.   "Wait she doesn't?"   "No, she lives under a rock."   "f**k, I got to let you go babygirl, but I love you keep safe and drink a lot of water."   "I love you too Norra, stay safe. Alexander tell Norra bye."   Alexander rolled her eyes, waving at the girl.    "Bye highlighter." Alexander waved as Riley left the live.   "Everybody is asking for your i********: @ that's why I said we should have made you one."   “I don't know why they're asking." Alexander picked up the garbage.   "You're beautiful, with green eyes, red hair and so many neck tattoos. Most of her fans are gay they're going to simp for you, I'm going to make you one."   "Do whatever you want." Alexander shrugged, throwing herself on the sofa, pressing play on chilling adventures of Sabrina.   “And you're a fashion icon, well if you were out there like that."   "You know it didn't have money in that line of business."   "You're so stupid, you do everything to please ma, I know how much you loved designing and how much you used to put outfits together." Riley sighed.   "Yeah, and you know how dad beat my ass for it, his son couldn't be interested in those things. Just drop it, Riley."   Riley walked over to her sister sitting on her, "He isn't here anymore. Live, life for you and yourself, not mother, not me nobody."   Alexander was a free spirit but it didn't stop her from trying to please her parents, which is why she choose something, she liked over something she loved.
