No time for mates

1337 Words

Elizabeth King Speeding off, she didn't spare a glance behind her even when she heard the roar of another bike. Of all the things, she never thought she would find not one but two mates. When she had felt the pull at Devil's Paradise she ignored it, pretending not to feel the bond between her and that alphahole Vincent. What she didn't expect was finding another mate at Red Dove, and she couldn't pretend she didn't feel it because they locked eyes. His eyes glowed a bright silver, and she could feel her own eyes glowing gold. There was no way of pretending, but that didn't mean she couldn't run. Speeding up, she darted down the road determined to get to her safe house before the determined bastard caught up to her. She had sped out of the parking lot before he even got his bike started.
