My interview at the People's Hospital went exceptionally well. I had fluently answered almost all the academic questions they'd thrown at me. I was confident and passing from a well-reputed college gave me an upper hand. I also added that I could start this week immediately which impressed the director.
He had some reservations about the missing three years on my resume but I was able to make a plausible excuse on how I focused on studying and now am ready to get real-world experience.
“It would be my honor if I get the chance to begin my career as an intern from your hospital.”
“Well, I have everything I need.” The director even handed me a contract, saying, "This is the contract. If there are no issues, you can sign it. We would be glad to have you onboard."
