Mac spent the next day playing a drowning victim who got rescued over and over again by the Lost Harbor volunteer fire department. They’d moved the training to an abandoned pier that jutted straight into the bay. The pier played the role of an ocean liner, while he played the part of a drunk dude who stumbled off the side into ice-cold Misty Bay. Every time he hit the water, the shock was just as intense as the first time. At least he didn’t have to fake the initial panicked, splashing-around part.
