CHAPTER 9: ELY'S POV

I traced her lips ''you are extremely beautiful ,do you know that?'' she stared at me'' are you contemplating on whether to give into me or not ?'' I smirked slightly. ''I don't want to chase you away!'' she raised her eyebrows '' it's not about you chasing me away, its about whether I'll stay and as you can see I'm still here!'' I locked her legs with mine ''you are extremely brave placing your life in my hands! '' she grinned. I placed one hand on her waist while using my other hand to place a strand of her hair behind her ear. I crashed my lips against hers and she moved in sync with me. I placed both my hands around her waist and her hands went around my neck, pulling us even closer. I deepened the kiss and our tongues fought for dominance , she gripped my hair, which made me groan. She smiled in the kiss and we slowly broke the kiss , resting our heads against each other. We were both trying to control our breathing '' you probably waited a long time for that huh?'' she asked me as I eventually looked at her.

She asked, pulling away.'' it was much better than I imagined!'' she looked back at me, taking in my features''I should get going!'' before she could leave I pulled her back to me''I hope you know that I'm not letting go off you, so don't think its one kiss and it ends there-its far from over!'' I growled the last part near her ears and she traced my lips with a slight smile''see you around!''

{ ZAPHIRA'S POV }

I lost track of time and now I was on my way to art. My classes went accordingly and as I was leaving the main hall- I come face to face with Edward. I then see Elliot and he looked menacingly at me. He races at me with his vampire speed but Tanya stops him.

{ TANYA'S POV }

I admit that I should have come clean and told Zaphira everything but I couldn't, but one thing I can do is stop Elliot from hurting her. He hissed at her, pushing me away so he could grab her-I pushed him away harder. ''Leave my sister the hell alone!'' I gritted out , his eyes changed color and so did mine.'' You want to have a vampire fight! sure lets have one, I don't mind showing them that I'm a vampire too!!'' Elliot calmed down a little.

''When did you turn?'' Edward asked me '' I turned 2 years ago for Elliot!'' Edward looked back at Elliot ''your love for Tanya is greater then your hatred for her sister. Hold onto that love-it's not everyday that someone like Tanya would sacrifice everything for love!'' I looked back at Zaphira ''I don't hate you Tanya, but since you are one of them, I sure as hell hope you have news about Daniella!'' Zaphira walked past me looking at Elliot , she descended the stairs and left the school.

I looked at the 4 brothers, I then looked at Ely.'' Since you are her mate , I entrust that you will protect her from Elliot -I don't know what has gotten into him!'' I walked away and reached my car. I felt his presence behind me ''so we are over now?!'' I turn to look back at Elliot'' show me that you are better than what I saw in there and then we can go right back to how we were!'' I got in my car and drove. I loved Elliot with my whole heart, but if he wants to hurt Zaphira -I have no choice but to let him go!
