Emma. It was morning and the slight chill from the night was yet to vanish. I stood nervously outside Roger’s quarters with a tray of food. The events of the previous night were still on my mind. But I had to be strong. With a sigh, I braced myself and knocked softly on the door. “Come in,” Roger’s voice called from outside, firm and commanding as always.
