Daniel scoffs, shaking his head at the absurdity. Iris was a silly play name his sister had crafted on a ten hour drive to the Grand Canyon when they had once when his family paid a lovely vacation to the cesspool they like to call Los Angeles, and now she’s using it as an international pop star.
He supposes her creativity has never faltered, like her love for her family clearly had. Daniel’s probably the only one, minus his family and possibly her boy toy who knows her real name, considering he’s never seen her go by anything except Iris in the media.
