“They’ll keep.” Curtis glanced out the window, frowning as he silently weighed options. “If they’re out there, we can leave fast. If they’re in here, it’ll be harder for anyone to take them without us noticing.” Lyndon got to his feet. “Let’s bring them in,” he said. “I don’t know about you, but I want to actually get some sleep.” And if Curtis had to load them all by himself it would be harder for him to leave without waking Lyndon. So maybe Lyndon didn’t completely trust him yet. At least, he didn’t when it came to this. Still, Curtis didn’t object, and a few trips later they’d hauled everything in and stacked it back near the bathroom. “Still not going to tell me what that s**t is?” asked Lyndon, throwing the spare pillow at Curtis and shoving the comforter and spare blanket his way
