Elsa's POV
"Call a member of your family ma'am." the nurse said, causing a pained smile to crease my lips.
"What If I don't have a family?" At my whisper, she looked at me with a glint of surprise.
"What did you say, ma'am?" She asked and I sighed.
"Nothing. It's okay. I will manage it myself." I got bandaged up and hid it under my sleeve.
I was in the hospital. After I left his office, I wandered around absentmindedly. Rain poured down heavily outside, making the roads slippery. A bike skidded, and two young guys fell. In front of me, a car swerved to avoid hitting them but then crashed into me but luckily, I was okay, I just got cut on my hand. A stranger drops me to the hospital.
