A NEW LIFE IN NEW YORK

RICHARD'S POV:

                       I wake up to find myself in a hospital ward,my eyes started to search Zoya,but instead  I found Mina-my shareholder's daughter. I respect him because he is a good friend of my grandfather. Mina whom I met in a corporate celebration,she was so much infatuated to me;but I treat her as a sister and I felt nothing about her than this.

Mina stroled towards me and asked how I am feeling now and I just said I am feeling better and called Max by ignoring her.

I asked to Max about Zoya and her whereabouts.He said that she had wait for me till midnight to wake up then Mina mam asked her to go,so she is gone.

I was so much in a rage to rip her skin from her body,but for some reason,I didn't uttered any word to her.

Again Max came inside to report me about the arrest and verdict of my father who was now sentenced for 5 years.Then he said that the staff's were so much worried and the office was declared holiday till I wake up.

["Max" whom I trust more than anyone-during official hours he will react as an earnest assistant of CEO and in"Private he is my best friend and our talking are too different to hear.Nobody knows that he is my best friend except my grandfather.He is my friend from childhood but we are not connected in anyways in the platforms of studies.He is the only soul of peace to me.He is my neighbour in my childhood days,I used to  run to his home to hide from my father.While I am starting my industries I very much insisted him to be my partner but he refused because he was not in a major in business school.He asked me to take him as my assistant at first I protested  against his decision.But then he convinced me that he was a major in criminology and it will be easier for me to get information rather than  struggling with charts and graphs.So atlast I sighed and accepted his wish and he is the one to tell me that I should not reveal to anybody that he is my friend.I just can't understand him but after each step of my success he made me realize that he was correct]

Now he is standing  obediently infront of me reporting the events and incidents took place in the past two days. I told him to hold an urgent conference by evening with all the shareholders and the heads of departments of the office.After speaking to him he just excuses us and left to complete his orders.

I turned to Mina to say something but she cuts me off by hugging me tight I can't even move my hands.Se sobbed to me about my carelessness.I waited to let out her tears and she raised up from my body.

I lightly caressed her cheeks and said "See my eyes Mina ,(she looked at my eyes) do you feel any kind of love or desire in my eyes now? tell me Mina-do u find any traces of it(She  shook her heads in sideways) nah! right.....try to understand Mina I care for you as a brother and I wholeheartedly treated you as my little sister and I don't feel anything than that.So,please stop wasting time on me and move on Mina.

Mina unlocked from my hold,her snow white face and eyes turned red due to tears,she started smashing everything-"why Rich!why!why are doing this to me please....understand Rich I just can't leave you,you are my first love nobody can replace you from you from my heart.Please accepts me baby(She moves to near Richard and cupped his face with her hands)-Rich I know you love me.You never cared for any woman in your life than me.I knew that you are mad at me for my misbehaviour with you on my birthday party,please rich please......don't make a decision like this Rich I am the perfect woman for you Rich please don't say such words.She sobbed and fall on her knees lifelessly.

I thought no use of explaining her so I said her to leave to New York. After taking my clothes I moved toward bathroom to change my clothes.I came out from the bathroom to find Mina in that some place shedding tears.

She suddenly turned towards me challenged me that she will definitely make me hers one day.After screaming these words she left shutting the doors soundly.I came out from the hospital ward and heard Max saying that everything is ready.i went straight to the conference hall where  everyone was waiting. Company's shareholders were in a rage to attack me in my very first sight but they didn't to dare to do so,because of my bodyguards.

I stood in front of the podium mic I cleared my throat to make the atmosphere silent.

Good morning gentlemen,my father holds 55% of shares in this park's empire and you all 20 member holds 45% shares of this company.

I know that some common shares were sold my father.So,now ignore all these things.I decided to sell 35%  share of to knight industries-so according to the leading shareholder he will officially take over the company tomorrow and I hope you all happy with this.

So,tomorrow there will be a celebration for it and all the staff are invited.Is there any objection to my decision.(i heard no voice)So now the meeting is disposed.

I turned to Max and said him to find address of Zoya from the reception ledger.After 30 minutes he accompanied me to Zoya's room.But I was unlucky that I found that she was chased out from there because of non payment of rent and I remembered  the phone call she spoke in the lift.

How dare that house owners to chase out my Zoya(I kicked hard the car door).Max hold my shoulder.

Hey,come on 'Rich' what happened to you why are acting so impatiently on her issues.

Max do you remember by"My sunshine " yhea....I know daily you will be speaking about,literally you are living a life with her in this past 17 years  after saying this Max looked at my eyes and his overwhelming emotion shows that he found that Zoya is the girl whom they were searching.

Max, buy this two storey apartment for me.However my Zoya lived here. She might have some memories in this home.

               (mobile phone buzzed)

Rich old master was admitted in hospital again.The nurse said that he got a slight attack.

Max get ready our jet.,we are leaving now.."about Zoya"-The ledger has her contact number right pick it out.Now I am flying to New York before getting into my jet.I gave a ring to Zoya's mobile but she didn't picked.So,I decided to call her again after landing in New York,my new life gonna start with her soon.

Zoya pov

 I wake up from my deep slumber because of the noise which is from aunt who is shouting at Leena about my presence.Leena is defending me from her mother's attack.So,the very morning thought which came to me is to move from here to some other place,I make a mind note to search for a house after completing my exam,because I am not willing to trouble her anymore.

Then I took a quick shower, and got ready in 25 minutes and I was about to go, I heard Leena calling my name. She ordered me to eat before going to the college   and she placed the breakfast tray in my hand, While I  started drinking my orange juice I felt somewhat uneasy and turned toward the kitchen direction where I found Leena's mom sending daggers through her eyes.I gulped down the juice and I told Leena That I am getting late to the college and bade bye to her and I stormed out from the house the very next few seconds without giving a glance to Leena.

I switched  off my mobile before going to the exam and I peacefully completed my exams today but if I want my graduation I must submit the internship report,but how?.I was deep in my thought,that's  when I heard a loud scream behind my back,my body automatically shivered lightly and I turned to see Sam, my friend.

I went near him and screwed his ears."Sam you scared the hell out of me".

SAM:Thank you dope! for helping me in my studies for past 3 years,So then atlast we should celebrate but rather than enjoyment I can able to see the gloomy  dark expression in your eyes what happened dope? tell me.

I told everything that I was chased out from my room,my temporary stay in Leena's home and atlast I told him that I didn't yet find a company to work as an intern,but Sam gave me a loud bray laugh as if I said him a great joke.

Zoya is this a problem?ok listen now-I am going to New York after 3 days and I am gonna work as an intern in my father's company which is going to be mine soon.So,you are heartily welcomed there to work as an intern after getting your graduation-you can go wherever you want and...... for your accommodation?????.(thinking)

I know you won't stay with us...so  I will arrange an apartment for you "don't worry " I will be paying the basic amount and monthly rent will be paid by you.

Sam, shooed off my all worries in one go in that moment he seems to me like an angel whom god sent to help me.I gave him a hug and tears filled my eyes and I thanked him non stop. And atlast I noded "yes" to him and  said "with one condition you need to get back all these expenses when I give you if it is okay for you then I will come or else forget about it" I pouted like a child and he nodded unwillingly.Then I directly went to Leena's office to share my happiness.Sam dropped me in the bus stop which is near to Leena's office.I took my phone to switch it on and called her to come to the bus stop ..after hanging up her call I found  i found a missed call notification.... so swipe down the screen to see......"help !!help!...he took my phone".....Leena correctly came on the time but she too missed to catch him.....'gone...my mobile is gone..'Leena comforted me and she told me to file a complaint  but I refused because I told her that I will be moving to New York in 2 days and I won't be here to run back and forth for it....Leave it Love ....I can buy a new phone after one month with my salary.....its all thanks to Sam...

       For the past two days Leena filled my brain with all her tips to take care myself as if she is sending her daughter to her in-laws home.....she even asked whether me and Sam are gonna live together in a relationship...'.hufff....bravo Love bravoo.....how could you think like that....!

LEENA: OH ..come on Zoya give him a try...he seems to be a nice guy...please atleast for my sake please do take him into consideration......if that happens i will feel relief that there is someone to protect you and care for you.....

Oh Love ......I know you always worry about me......I don't have that kind of feelings for him...but if he says so then I will definitely accept and that's a promise ok....are you fine now?....she didn't say me answer instead she gave me my most comforting and protective hug, we two hugged tightly and I pecked her cheeks and I left her with tears filled both in our eyes to  board the flight.MAY BE A BETTER LIFE IS WAITING FOR ME......
