"ohhh, how stupid of me,how am i supposed to make the Opening speech when I don't even know what to wear"

I was busy disarranging my clothes when Mrs Martha,our new housekeeper came in.

"bella my dear, what are you looking for" she asked

" ohh Aunt Martha,you know am the one that is opening the party today,dad just told me via text,I don't know what to do" I said sitting down on the bed

"ohh that's what I came here for,take .... She pointed a light blue floral dress,simple but gorgeous and I love it at first sight and I don't believe am the one wearing it. I looked at Aunt Martha and the dress and said,

"Aunt Martha, where did you see this gorgeous dress from,Is it for me?"

"would this size me, of course this is specially made for you by your father". She said which caused me to look up

"my...my dad g ..gave you this d..dress to g...give me " I said shuttering and then she nodded her her head yes. I

was so happy my dad made it for me and I looked at Aunt Martha who noticed the happiness on my face of course why won't cause I was so happy.

"you look so happy my dear" she said

" of course Aunt Martha,I am more than happy cause my dad made this for me " I said collecting the dress and twirling like a princess. After 20 Sec of dancing,I finally sat down besides aunt Martha not even catching my breath and said,

"Aunt Martha, you know I was really sad because he couldn't even tell me face to face that I will be the one opening the party but now I know why, he must've been busy getting my clothes done for me. Dad I love you so much.". I said looking at his picture beside my bed

"well quickly put it on the party is starting dear" She said patting my head and she said something suspicious

" I hope you never lose your spark,always be happy and trust your father decision, it's for your own good, he loves his daughter so much and he won't let anything happen to you" she said

"I know Aunt Martha,dad loves me but he is going through somethings that's why and I love him regardless and also trust his decision." I said smiling and quickly make heed to the bathroom to change into my princess dress.

AT THE NOMED APARTMENT

"Christopher, Christopher, listen to me, everything we are doing is for your own good, you can't remain like this forever,you just paralyzed you are not dumb". Mrs Celine Nomed said

"mom please,I don't want to get marry,not now, it's not on my list mom try to understand " Christopher said

"Christopher we know you want to find the right girl before you marry and that's why we choose bella Manchester, she's not only intelligent but also beautiful and well mannered and we know she's the right one for you" Mr Charles Nomed cuts in

" no dad do not judge her by her physical appearance rather judge her by her intention " Christopher said

" yes Christopher and all that we do we do for you and not for us, don't you forget that ,you keep calling us heartless and selfish,all the fame and wealth we were able to have up till now is for you my son" She said

" for me you say ,you know nothing mom,you think you are doing it for me but you are not ,you were the one who chose the fame and weayover your son not me and I will only be agreeing to this marriage with your so_called perfect girl because of the old man on his sick bed not because of you too". Christopher said coldly and left the room

" You see I told you he will accept anyways,am so happy, let's go the party has started,we don't wanna be late for it, She said happily to her husband and then turn to her father-in-law

" Am so happy dad,if not for you I don't know how to convince that boy,we are his parents but we are just like his children hmmmand don't worry about the girl she is perfect for him". She said

"ok if you say so but let it be the last time you will make decisions for him or else I won't help you, he is old enough to make decisions for himself and he's the CEO already, he's wise,let him be " Grandpa said

Charles and Celine left for the party and grandpa signals to the body guard

" help me look for the personal information of the girl,endure nothing is left in the dark,I will make any mistakes this time" He said

I was proud when my da said he was proud of me, I was excited until the moment he said I will be getting married to some Christopher Nomed,I felt my world stop, everything around stopped, I could dad smiling at me but I couldn't bring my self to smile back and then I remembered what Aunt Mila said in the morning

"this contract is important for your dad, don't ruin it"

Everything now makes sense everyone knew this was gonna happen, dad,my stepmom and her daughter and even Aunt Martha,but why me,why do I always end up sacrificing my happiness all the time, even now again,I have to let go for my dad. if this contract is so important for him, I have to go along with the plan.

Unexpectedly I felt an arm wrapped around my shoulder and I look up to find my dad smiling at me, telling me to look at the camera,oh I forgot we are to snap our father and daughter moments
