Harper's POV "Hardin doesn't love you... he doesn't know how to love anyone but himself." The woman standing in front of me was babbling and I wasn't supposed to be down here in this lobby, I'd just wanted to sleep the night off, let everything that happened today stop weighing on me like stones in my chest... but she'd been disturbing the environment shouting my name and the reception kept calling asking if I knew her. I had to step out. And a part of me wanted to hear what she had to say to me in person. "Hardin cares about people around him." I didn't know when I said it out loud to her but the words came anyway. I was getting angry at her for that comment... I know I'm angry at Hardin but she shouldn't dismiss him like that, shouldn't act like he's some monster who can't feel any
