Chapter 17: Almost There
“She’s here.”
“Good,” a sly smile appeared on his face “I want to see her.”
The man opened the door and led his boss in. He turned the lights on which revealed the girl in a dress tied to a chair, with her mouth taped with masking tape. Her head hung, unconscious.
“I’ll make a call to Mr. Raffel.” His co-worker picked up his cell phone and dialed. Few seconds later, he was having a conversation with someone on the other line.
“Mr. Raffel…Yes, she’s here…from the wedding…yes…tonight? Yes, sir…alright then.”
“Everything good?”
“Yes, yes.” He answered as he hung up “Mr. Raffel’s coming in tonight to pay this girl a little visit. Then he’ll tell us what to do next.”
