SHINRINYOKU

This will be the last thing i am gonna teach you guys.

I heard hayashi used a sword during the invasion to protect others. So why not use it always as your main weapon? A sword is a great weapon for eternals, better than having a bullets if you are experienced enough. I use a sword, so why not.

I am not so good with swords, my hands starts to shake when i hold one. I was in great danger that night, so I don't know how I did what I did. The moment my sword got broken by that other guy, I almost pissed my pants.

Mushashi: You kosei should not be using a sword, it is not your type. You are a long range specialist, while hayashi is close range. We have to improve things we are already good at. I am gonna teach you a move called “Shinrinyoku". A long range move which will help you defeat your opponents without relying on hayashi. You also won't have to use that forbidden move anymore, unless it becames necessary to use it.

Shinrinyoku is a move which is created through the power of trees and forest. Trees have life, do you two believe in that?

We do, obviously.

Yes, inorder to use this move you have to prove yourself to the nature and gain power from them. There are very few people who can use this move, because the trees do not have trust in many. You have to promise them that you will protect the environment, only then that they will be sharing their powers to you. Trees have an enormous amount of energy stored in them. Just like oxygen, they also release an enormous amount of energy in the nature. This is why many eternals meditate in a forest at night . So kosei, try to communicate with them through your mind. Go infront of that tree and try to focus. You should be able to communicate with it, if you can somehow gain its trust then every other trees will also trust you back once you use its power.

Kosei goes in front of the large tree and sits, he closes his eyes and starts focusing.

“Do you also seek my power? I am the tree who has been standing here for the past one hundred year. I have shared an enormous amount of power to master mushashi. Have you come here to get my power?" The tree speaks to kosei.

“I need your power, mister tree. I have to get stronger as fast as i can in order to meet lucifer. I will save everyone in this world, not just the nature. Please tree, have trust in me and give me your power." Kosei tells the tree.

Humm.. it is taking longer than i expected. What is that kid doing with my precious tree?

Mushashi: Huh..huuuh, i can feel it. How did he convince that tree enough for it to give him that enormous amount of power? That's unbelievable.

Kosei: Hey master, how do i use it? I can feel an enormous amount of power within me, it is different than the one I collect from air.

Mushashi: Focus that energy into your hand and try creating a beam blast. Feel free to aim it at me.

Kosei focuses the new energy in his hand and creates a huge energy blast (Similar to a kamehameha).

Hayashi gets stunned by what he has seen,.

Hayashi: Awesome kosei, that was so dope. That blast looked totally green, felt like broly had used it.

Mushashi: Well done kosei, that was superb. You still need to improve that attack. It wasn't as strong as it felt.

You two will continue doing this , get some rest for now.

Kosei: Hey master, what is the difference between collecting power from the surroundings and from the trees?

Mushashi: Your body takes a huge damage while using the average energy, but the energy you get from the trees are full pure. They don't contain dangerous elements. For example, if you collect a huge amount of power from the nature, it won't try to damage and get out of your body while destroying it. It will stop going in when its full inside you. It is a lot easier to use and more safe. I use it all the time, that's why my attacks look green. You will know more, the more you yourself use it. Now go back and get some sleep, after having dinner.

The two boys goes to sleep after training hard. This process continues going on for few more days until john tzimiske returns to the village.
