John and basil backstory:Part 4

By chanting these words, you 5 people will be able to summon the angels. I could have made you guys eternals by sharing  power with you. You would not have been pleased enough to help me out, so i will let you guys meet the angels yourself.

John and basil had very little knowledge of what was going on, john tzimiske still did not believe in the monk completely. The wife of nikephoros, theo was already plotting something against nikephoros.

Badkas was a loyal servant of nikephoros.

Five of them were given a note and were asked to chant the mantra written in it.

Shim sim siva, rim rim visha, chim chim bhrama.

A huge thunder strikes the ground , right infront of the five who were standing in a circle.

Everything gets dark and they couldn't see the monk anymore. Suddenly a man looking object were seen. It was standing at a higher ground.

More people were able to be seen by them. One of those beings asks “We were watching and we know about you. No need to get shocked, what you read on those books were true. We have heard your prayers and we think you guys are good enough for us to make you the eternals. "

“Who are you? Are you the angels the monk was telling us about?" John shouts and asks.

Oh boy, you dare talk with us in such manners?

John feels a monsterous aura from those beings, it was so heavy that it almost made john unconsciousness. John fells on the ground and nikephoros holds him.

“I am sorry my lord, he is still a child. I am nikephoros, the senior emperor of the byzentine empire. I am here with my four other companions. We have come here to make a deal with you. I would like to beg to you angels to make us what you refer to as eternals. We want to change the world and to do that we need your mighty power. "

Finally someone with a brain. Hello the leaders of the holy roman empire. I am the angel of creation, mireuk. The other angels does not seem to have much interest in you guys. So i will do all the talk.

Hey skinny blondie from earlier, john tzimiske was it? I would wanna know what you would do with the power you are about to be given.

Hey mireuk, just finish it early. I did not even wanted to join this party. I don't know why you wanted them to have all of our powers. Is it another experiment of yours?

Stop angel of nature, jigu. Hey azazel, tell her to not interfere while i am talking with my subjects.

Sorry john tzimiske, let us continue.

What i would do with the power? I don't think i am allowed to interfere with normal human conflicts with these powers. If i do, i will become a criminal right? Whatever it is, i just will do anything that helps the people of my kingdom and also around the world.

 I won't be doing anything, i will just make sure nobody from us does anything stupid and go against you lords. That is all

I see, gosh the future is so interesting. I cannot wait to finally see that day.

What day mireuk? See, i knew it was another experiment just for entertainment.

All of you are gonna receive a small portion of our power, which would allow you guys to see jayid and use it. All of you will also have the angelic power. The rest will be explained by that monk.

All of them wakes up and sees themselves laying on the ground. The monk was looking at them and asked if it was a success or not. It seems like they have waked up after few mins. All of them became unconscious during the angelic process.

They started to see things which they could not see before. Their heart seemed heavy and they got feel everything differently. They have finally become S rank eternals.

The people who becomes eternal directly through the angels gets the S rank title immediately. They do not have to train to achieve this feat, though they do can get stronger by training. If the newly S rank eternals do not train, even A rank eternals could beat them because of them not having enough battle experience.

The monk started to teach them more and more things. Nikephoros became the strongest out of them all . The monk also told them about other eternals around the world.

When their training was over, they went back to their daily work. 

John tzimiske and basil lekapenos went back to their posting positions. The monk requested the byzentine emperor nikephoros to attack and get back their land from the spanish invaders. Nikephoros didn't wanted to waste his army to such small things, as he was obsessed with defeating the abbasids. The monk was betrayed by nikephoros.

In the royal palace, someone was plotting against the king. It was none other than his own wife, theopano. Theopano was also an eternal, she waited for a good opportunity to strike her husband and take him out.

Nikephoros and theopano did not have a s****l activity for a very long time. Theopano was having an affair with someone else.

The plot of theopano was exposed to the king by the same man she was having an affair with, badkas. Badkas was a very loyal person to nikephoros and also had an affair with the queen.

Theopano was exposed and did not have any other choice to fight in order to survive. Nikephoros was a clever man, he took this chance to eliminate both his wife theopano and the monk. The monk became a headache to nikephoros, so he had no other choice but to kill him. Nikephoros told the angel mireuk about the monks betrayal and asked if he could execute him. 

Mireuk puts on a demonic laugh and says, sure you can settle such matters without bothering us. We only punish the eternals who interferes with human conflicts too much and uses the powers we gave him. We also punish those who kills another eternal because of selfish reasons. We are not punishing the monk for doing such small crimes. If you have a problem with him, go settle it on your own. The monk is not someone you can easily beat. 

The monk contacted john and basil about this and asked for help. Basil did not wanted to interfere in such things and john didn't see it something big. Even the monk didn't knew that nikephoros was planning to kill him.

One day he was called to an empty palace. He saw theopano , she was hanged to a tree in the garden which was inside the palace. The monk became terrified and thought of running away. Suddenly someone approached him from behind with a sharp sword. The monk was fast and he detected it immediately and jump high to avoid it. He sees badkas standing on the ground.

He gets attacked again from behind and tries avoiding it, while avoiding it badkas successfully stabbed him from behind. Both nikephoros and badkas had attacked him from behind.

Sorry old monk, i do not need you anymore. You dare try to pressure me, a supreme ruler of this mighty kingdom. How dare you?

I was tired of having an affair with that b***h, finally i was able to get rid of her thanks to you.

Curse you two, i never thought you would do something like this. May you meet your death in worse possible way.

Arghhh

The monk gets stabbed to death by nikephoros.
