Start of a new saga

The byzentine emperor nikephoros the second was assassinated. 

The news of him getting assassinated spreads throughout the kingdom and causes chaos.

In the royal court, it was not chaos but satisfaction. Nikephoros became a headache to everyone and he was liked by very few people.

Eventually everyone were looking for a new power house to emerge and take the throne. With the support of john, basil declared himself to be the king. Most of the royal members rejected it and started to protest against it. Even though basil was able to shut them up, he could not do anything about the citizens. John tzimiske has become far too famous. Everyone wanted john tzimiske to take the throne. John tried his best to make people shut up and accept basil. The people gives no attention and continues to do the same.

The protest becomes bloody after few weeks, it became too worse for tzimiske to stay quiet.

John tzimiske officially announces to take the throne to himself.

Basil could not do anything against it, both him and john talked it out.

John tzimiske officially gets recognised as the supreme ruler of the byzentine empire.

The long  peaceful era of the tzimiske begins.

John tzimiske stops invading new lands and focuses on strengthening their borders. John tzimiske also sends hundreds of his officers as a state ambassador to other nations. This also includes very small nations.

John tzimiske remembers about the monk and what he wanted. Tzimiske attacks and retakes the small kingdom controlled by the spanish invaders.

The trading routes were expanded during tzimiskes reign. John tzimiske invests on education and medication more during his short reign. The poor were getting as good treatment as poor. It became the golden era of the byzentine empire, a time which won't last for long.

The relationship between basil and john didn't get worse. It was doing very well.

John tzimiske did not wanted to hurt his friends feelings, he tried his best to avoid being the king by retaking it from basil. 

Basil never made any reaction which would make john think that basil was upset.

John would continuously visit basil to hang out and share their values. Until one day basil decided to invite him to his palace for a party. Basil told him to come alone, because he also had some secret things to say.

I john tzimiske never had any doubts on basil. So i went to his palace and entered it. I saw basil sitting on a chair. When he sees me , he gets up and comes infront of me and gives me a hug.

“Huh, you are so drunk basil.

Basil seemed like he had drunken alot and lost it. He gives me a huge drinking bottle and tells me to drink it. I had no reason to reject it, it has been so long since i have got drunk. I opened up the bottle and drinked the whole thing up.

My head started to get dizzy.

There were toons of alcohol bottles, i gave some to basil to drink. He and i started to drink more and more. We did that for hours until i couldn't do it anymore.

We started to laughing and went to the rooftop. We set on the floor and looked at the stars. We started remembering all the things we achieved together.

It became the best night ever.

I started to feel like something went right through my belly. I started coughing and some red water was coming out of my mouth. Huh, blood?

I looked down to see what went through me and saw a sword. I looked sideways and saw basil sitting and doing just fine. He was laughing and yelling at me. I don't really remember what he was saying to mr that night. I became helpless, i was way too drunk and lost full control. Before i could stand up and use my power, basil started to pull up the sword and stab me more and more. Until i got stabbed right through the heart. I lost full consciousness and don't remember what happened to me afterwards.

What happened to you after that, how did you survive?

I don't wanna spoil you now, but i sure can give you some information.

I was buried the next morning, i was not dead yet. My heart had stopped but i was still alive somehow. I am a huge tanker level eternal, my defense were always great. So i was buried alive by the royal guards.

While i was invite the tomb, I started to see a light approaching me. That light hit me and took me somewhere.

I meet a man who would eventually save me. He was an angel, my saviour. He would save me and heal my body. He also gave me a huge power boast in exchange for few things. I became a loyal servant to him and returned back to the world. I destroyed the tomb and got out of there.

The daily life of the boys starts again. The troublesome saidy pandrit and the dangerous basil is gone. Kosei and hayashi can start their training without having to worry about anything.
