70.Kosei Wins!

Huang a saint type figure, who lives in the mountains in a certain chinese village.

An 50 years old man who spent most of his life recruiting followers. Many of his followers call him a god, most call him a prophet of god. His popularity became huge the recent days in the mountains community, so a S-rank eternal noticed him and offered him to become his follower. Hence he became an eternal and became even more popular among the community.

But because of the International eternal federation rules, he cannot demonstrate his powers to ordinary people. Still he was allowed to demonstrate a bit of his power to others. Most Chinese call it tricks, but the eternals knew it was real.

Among his demonstration, one of his moves became viral. It was a water based move, used by his large stick. He uses it to summon water to wherever he is standing, from the nearest water reserve. It is called snipe shot.

The battle between kosei and huang begins with kosei using shinrinnyoku!

Huang spins his stick and uses it to protect himself from the attack. But kosei learned how to split the attack into 3 different directions. So kosei uses it without wasting a time. Huang gets attacked by the shinrinnyoku blast from three different directions but he doesn't seem to be shocked at all. He kicks into the ground with one of his leg, which summon more water and creates a barrier out of it. It protects huang from getting hit by it.

It is time for huang to make his move, which he does by mixing the ground mud with his water. It creates the muddy water, which he throws at kosei. Kosei easily counters it with a barrier of his own, made out of jayid (energy).

Huang is much more experienced than kosei, which kosei realizes at this point. The fact that he was able to create water barriers in such a short time shows how much fast he is and how much energy he has in him. Kosei will have to use something which would beat him in one shot. Shinrinnyoku

can pull it off, but the barriers huang is using seems to be doing well against shinrinnyoku. So kosei has to think of something else to defeat him. What might it be? The ikigai bomb he learned? No, that is a forbidden move. Huang might even die if he gets hit with it.

Huang jumps at kosei and out speeds him, huang starts hitting kosei with his large stick. From right corner to left, kosei starts getting hit from all over. Kosei almost gets knocked out to the ground, he gets himself together after hearing a scream from the crowd. Someone called his name out loud, which reached the ears of kosei.

“Geeeeet upppp kosei, you can not lose here."

Who is it? It was kiyo yume, shouting his name to cheer him up. It worked, kosei gives a spinning kick to huang right into his face. Which forces him to retreat backwards.

Huang doesn't stop after this, instead his surrounds himself with water. Finally throws a huge water ball at kosei. Kosei uses shinrinnyoku to vaporized the water. Kosei starts creating mini barriers and surrounds his body parts individually. It makes it look and feel like a armour, which kosei intended to make. The two fighters starts punching and kicking each other to the face, with huang taking more damage. Huang starts powering his stick and it starts hitting kosei. The armour shaped barriers of kosei are protecting him from taking much damage, which is a different case for huang. Who is struggling to keep creating water barriers to protect himself. Finally huang starts spitting blood out from his mouth. Huang uses a strong kick to push kosei away from him.

On the stadium gallery:

Krishna: The tables have turned, that old man is finished.

Antonio: Too early to judge, I can feel a strong aura around that old man. I think he is trying to use something strong.

On the other side:

Hayashi: Oh man, kiyo literally saved his ass. She shouted to loud and it actually reached him. I should do this the next time, don't want him to say I never help out.

Soske: Kosei is actually winning, good for him. Wish I could qualify to the next round.

Hayashi: You will, just wait another 10 years. I heard there are leagues like European and asian. You can participate in them as well, to grow your fighting experience. No offense but, I think being a student of someone like John tzimiske has boasted us a lot. Maybe we are not that special, maybe it is him who has done something to make us special. So never look down on yourself just because we are ahead of you. You should be thankful to god that you are even alive, never forget your past mistakes.

Soske: Yea, I will never forget the fact that I was an i***t who got experimented like a lab rat. I almost died after transforming into a monster. Saidy pandrit....I will always remember them.

Round table leaders:

John: See, this student of mind is not bad either. Look at his technique, he literally surrounded himself with multiple barriers. How many eternals at his level can do that. He has one of the best nature energy control.

Frankenstein: That really is impressive, but don't you think those barriers will turn out to be useless. The more barriers you create, the less strong it becomes. That body armor style barrier will turn out to be useless if it is used against people like tihsan. Who I believe can destroy it with one single strike. I can't believe that huang boy is not able to do much to it.

Lady Fu hao: I have never liked the use of barriers, I find them pretty dumb. Why waste time and effort creating and carrying the weight of such a thing when you can smash your enemy with a sword. If you are slow and does not have a strong striking move. Then you are finished.

John tzimiske: I don't use barriers myself, but I do know the value of it. Yeah sure you must be fast and have strong moves, but techniques like barriers are really important. Not every opponent of yours has the same kind of fighting style. Sure I would say it would not do much against tihsan, but look at huang. It is working pretty well against him.

On the battle ground:

Huang: I can't believe it, you have such a strong body. You are also good at creating such barriers. Hehe, congratulations my dear. You shall witness my ace move.

The snipe shot!

Kosei: I hate hypocrites like you, who makes stupid people to believe in you. You deserve to go to hell, you remind me of saidy pandrit.

Huang: Wait, you know saidy pandrit?

Kosei: Yes I do, I fought him. My master protected me from him.

Huang: So....You are the student of the guy who killed master saidy pandrit.

Kosei: WHAT?

Huang: Yes, he is the one who recognized my talents and gave me his power. I will forever be in his dept, he was such a nice man. And how could you get him killed? You stupid brat, I will beat your ass right here right now.

Kosei: Hehehe, oh my. I am so scared, where's mommy?

Shut up, my desire to punish you has grown even bigger.

Huang put on a annoyed face, telling kosei to shut up and witness hid magnificent move.

Huang strikes the ground with his stick and starts collecting water and summoning water surround it.

Meanwhile kosei is not sitting back just watching him do what he is doing. Kosei decides to risk his carrier by using the forbidden move!

Kosei sits on his knees and focuses. Kosei starts absorbing energy from the nature, which huang notices. But he is confident in himself that his attack is stronger than the one kosei is about to use. Kosei takes a bit time but successfully creates a giant ball shaped move. It is the ikigai bomb, which he has used before. Meanwhile huang has also successfully created his ace move.

Huang smirks and launches the attack straight at kosei. Kosei does the same with his ikigai bomb, which he throws at huang.

The two massive attacks hit one another, creating a huge shockwave which hits the two fighters and knocks them on the ground. The two move hitting also starts producing electricity. The cloud in the sky starts getting black.

Kosei lays on the ground, slowly looks at the situation with one eye opened.

Ikigai bomb is overpowering the snipe shot, it is slowly absorbing the snipe shot inside it. Slowly the snipe shot gets completely eaten. But the power of ikigai bomb has been reduced a lot, the weak ikigai bomb hit huang straight up. Which is still strong enough to beat most players.

The entire arena gets polluted smokes. The administrator investigates it and declares kosei as the winner. Huang has been beaten, he is sent to a terrible condition.

Kosei wins!

This concludes the second round of the tournament, total 15 players out of 30 have qualified to the next round. Which is round 3, a round of most qualified players.

The battle between kosei and huang has heavily damaged the arena, guess the employees will have a hard day as workers.
