You could have able to use those powers without getting hurt, your body isn’t strong enough to hold it for so long. So why not use them before it starts to break out of me?

Yes you are right, even we S ranks do that. We absorb a huge amount of jayid which even our bodies cannot hold and turn them into attacks before it starts to break out of us.

That's how jayid is used in an eternal battle. We absorb a huge amount and also use a huge amount of jayid. So our bodies don’t get hurt while doing it.

First i would suggest you to learn how to create barriers. Defence is more important than offence, you two will be learning barrier creation before learning how to create energy blasts.

First you have to know what is a barrier.

A barrier is an wall shaped thing which protects you from getting hurt by all kinds of thing.

The barriers are strong depending on the user who created it, the barrier i create is far stronger than the barrier other S rank creates.

Some eternals are specialised in defence and some in offense. Since barriers are defensive, the defence specialist eternals can create far stronger barriers than the offence ones.

There are different kinds of barriers, different variance created by different users. For example, i can create a barrier which can also absorb attacks that is hitting it. Saidy created a barrier out of flames, which can make physical attack specialist eternals get hurt pretty badly.
