“I’m so happy for you. You deserve all the happiness in the world,” Layla said, her voice full of warmth and genuine joy.
“I can’t believe we have a wedding to plan! I was thinking of a spring wedding,” she added, her eyes sparkling with excitement at the thought of helping me prepare for such a special day.
“About that,” I said carefully, “we’re not rushing into a wedding just yet. We want to take our time and make sure it’s perfect for both of us.”
