  Derrick put me on my feet once we were inside the bungalow. Nicki gave us a quick tour. The bungalow was set up like a studio apartment. There was a small kitchen and dining area, a little living room, and a bedroom set behind a partial dividing wall. Off to the side was a walk-in closet and a bathroom.
