“It's okay. You don’t have to if you really don’t want to.” Elliot said as he put his hand on my shoulder and I looked up at him. “How about I teach you how to play after school so you can be more comfortable to join us next time?” “Yeah… That’s fine.” I answered. “Okay. I’ll see you after school.” He said and started making his way back to the field. “You could have joined if you wanted to,” Jennifer said, walking over to me. “No, I don’t want to.” I mumbled as I started walking. “I’ve never been good at sports.” I didn’t talk too much afterward and we made our way around the field while they had their conversations. I glanced over at Elliot a few times seeing them play and I honestly would have liked to join in their game, but I wasn’t too sure how it’ll go. I’ve never really joined
