Morning came and by the time I got up Mom was in the kitchen making breakfast so I joined her and I told her about Elliot's game when asking about my day yesterday. She was excited to hear that I wanted to stay after school to watch the volleyball game and led to her curiously asking when I’d like to visit dad again so I told her my plans for today.
