I looked around where we were . Is he serious? Naked in the bathroom immediately after we had s*x?. I am lost in thoughts on how I should respond. It’s true we have build a bond but couldn’t he choose a different setting?

Even if I was not an expert with love matters this guy is silly. I chuckled imagining the silly Edward Black.

“What’s funny?”. Oh my! I got caught. “ Nothing… I… I’m just nervous and overwhelmed with your proposal.” I couldn’t look into his eyes because lied.

“ I thought otherwise, don’t be nervous and overwhelmed, I just want you Jane. For myself, forever”.

“ I didn’t expect it. Not so soon. But I will give us a chance, we try it and see what happens.” I responded.

“ Thank you for this chance you are giving us. I will try my best not to disappoint you y girlfriend” he said emphasizing on girlfriend.

He dried my hair clumsily hurting my scalp in the process. He is using so much energy over something so simple.

“Have you ever done this before? If drying hair felt this way then I would be bald.” I retorted.

“That bad? I’m sorry. I’m trying to be a gentleman. Yours is long compared to mine so it’s difficult to work on it.” I could see him through the mirror touch his hair then frown.

“ Thanks, I’ll help you with it.” I didn’t want to discourage him so appreciated.

“ I’ll watch then I’ll do it next time. There are so many things I can’t compare with you. You’re the best.” He whispered the last part over my ear.

“Stop it before I dry your face. Behave before I loose it on you”. I warned and he made faces on me.

“ Wake up sleepy head. We’ll be late for office.” I whined Edward waking me up. I want to sleep more but with the work I had no choice.

Looking over the table breakfast was served at the bedroom? Oh wow! When did he wake up. “ You wake up early?” I asked looking between the table and him. He already dressed up.

“ Not really. I called grace to prepare your favorite before going for the shower. Go shower before the food gets cold.

“ How romantic. It’s good to have a boyfriend if this are the benefits.” He walks to bed and draws me out of the sheets then giving me a kiss. I try closing my mouth on him, he tickles me making me laugh taking advantage of it to shove his tongue in my mouth kissing me passionately.

“Oh my god. Ewww! That was gross how can you kiss me like that not minding my morning breath?.” I said making a disgusted face.

“ I don’t mind at all. Now take your lazy ass and clean it.” He said spanking my butt. I wanted to protest but looking at the smirk on his face I swallowed my words walking away. How scary.

“Mmmmmh! This is so delicious”. I moaned with how the dishes tasted.

“ I know your liking and even though I can’t cook I can give instructions. And by the way, don’t you think I can try cooking one of this days? We have done it together so why can’t do it alone”. He was talking to himself. He was gazing on the dishes without blinking.

“ First of all make sure you make everyone vacate the house before burning it down with you.” I laughed thinking of how he is clumsy even when chopping vegetables.

“You have no faith in me at all? I’ll surprise you one day.” He said with a serious face.

“Before I forget, on Sunday I want to visit my mum. I want to introduce you to her as my girlfriend”. He said

“ What? Don’t you think we are rushing things? Can’t we wait to be sure if we are compatible? If this will work?” I commented frowning.

“ Do you have any doubt with us? Last I checked we were perfectly compatible”. He said winking.

Can he be serious for once? “ you know what I’m talking about Eddie. I don’t want us to rush things and end up regretting.” I I responded.

“ It not about is rushing. I want our families to be aware of our relationship. There is nothing wrong with it? Or are you ashamed of me?” he asked forcing a laughter.

“ That’s not true. If I was ashamed of you I wouldn’t accept to date you. I wouldn’t want to associate with you in anyway.” How can he think that way.

“Sorry. Don’t take my statement the wrong way. I was excited to announce us to the Both families.” He explained.

“Your intensions are good. So be ready to visit my family in Canada.” I was excited at the thought. I don’t know how they will react. But they have always supported me.

“ I can’t wait to meet the people behind the making of this beauty.” He said gazing at me all over making me feel hot.

He laughed from how I reacted. “ We will be late beautiful.” He said looking over his watch.

“Its your fault. The dishes are so delicious that I want to eat everything including the person who gave the instructions for them to be prepared” I teased him.

“ Stop doing that if you don’t want to be taught how to behave. You know I can be a good teacher”. He said leaning over to me.

I brushed my nose over his then looked straight to my food pretending not to understand what he is talking about.

“What a seductress” he mumbled leaning back on the couch. Blowing a heavy breath.

“ Did you said something?” I asked innocently.

“ Yes. I called you cute?” he said sticking his tongue out on me.

“So childish” I whispered loud enough for h to hear.

“ Well, children this days have long d***s and know how to use them very well. They make ladies scream out with pleasure.” He said down turning his lips mockingly.

“I can’t win over you Eddie. Take me to work or better still sit here and talk to yourself. I said picking the utensils and arranging them over the tray. “ Ill go dress up.”

“ Wait.” He walked over to me and circled his hands over my waist. “ Why don’t you bring your belongings here and we can share this bedroom. That way we can avoid moving between the two rooms.

“ I don’t agree. We are not married. I know we do everything married people do but don’t get too comfortable and think we are husband and wife.” I gave him a peck over his lips and moved away leaving him dumbfounded.
