In the morning, Joshua woke up before Maria. He rang the kitchen and asks the servant to bring coffee in his room and instructed the servant to knock very lightly as Maria is still sleeping. After 10 minutes, a light knock was heard at the door Joshua quickly opens though very carefully not to make any noise. He took the tray and put it on the side table and closes the door lightly. He pours himself a cup of coffee and went in the balcony. Suddenly he saw Maria standing at the sliding door frame rubbing her eyes. He stood up from his seat and walks towards her.

"Go back to sleep, still early!" He said then guides her to bed; Joshua sat beside Maria and runs his finger in her hair. Then she fell back to sleep right away. When she woke up, Joshua's  had his shower already.

"Good Morning! How's your sleep?" He asked her

"Was Okay, how's yours? I am sorry I fell asleep last night while you were in the shower" She said apologetically.

"That's okay!" He replied

"Okay, I'll have my shower. If you want to go down before me, I'm fine with that" She said to him while heading in the bathroom.

After she had showered, she got dress and went back in the room to fix the bed but was surprise to see him waiting for her. They went down together and had their breakfast with the Family before bidding their goodbyes.

"Son, visit us often and bring Maria with you always." Kevin said giving his Son a pat in the back

"Yes, do that. We will miss you and Maria" His Mom agreeing with her husband while giving both a tight hug

They watch them drove off and went inside the Mansion.

Inside the Car, Joshua noticed that Maria was quiet.

"What's bothering you?" He asked

"I just find your Parents so nice, Mr. Elliot" She replied

"They are. Thank you by the way for helping me." He said and realizing that she is back to addressing him as Mr. Elliot.

"You can drop me in the Company, so I can take my car and head home." She said to him

"Okay, but we first shall have our lunch. Where do you want to eat?" He asked her

"How about seafood's restaurant?" She said with a twinkle in her eyes

"Okay Honey" he replied and laughs while looking at her

"Honey? We're no longer in front of your Parents Sir." Maria replied with a chuckle.

Joshua just gave her a side glance but didn't say a word about her remarks. They went to Seaside restaurant, ordered Chicken Caesar salad and miso soup for appetizer and baked mussels, grilled hammour & lobsters & king prawns with garlic rice as their main course and fresh fruit salad for Joshua while tiramisu cake for Maria for their dessert. After lunch, they went outside the restaurant's balcony and ordered coffee so Joshua can smoke.

"We will both draft the agreement tomorrow" He said to Maria, where he was responded by a nod.

They reached the Company grounds and Joshua parks beside her car. He went to her side to open the passenger seat and help her out of the car.

"Thanks for the lovely lunch Mr. Elliot" she said while walking towards her car. She waved at him then drove off.

Joshua just looks at her receding car and sighs. This is not going to be easy for both of us Maria. But in the end, I hope I won't lose you. Then his phones rings,  his baby sister Chloe.

"Hey Sis" He answered her call while walking back to his car

"Big brother, I've heard you've finally introduced your girlfriend to our Parents." Chloe said waiting for any juicy stories from his brother.

"Yes, I did. We stayed for the night and left this morning. And you'll surely meet her too" he said driving slowly out of the Elliot's Group ground." Joshua replied

"Anyways, remember to pick me up in the airport okay? Bye!" Chloe said and hung up

Meanwhile, Maria reached her place and went directly in her bedroom. She just brushed her teeth and went straight to bed and sleep. By the time, she woke up its past 7 in the evening. Feeling tired and heavy she took her phone on the side table. She saw 3 calls from her Boss while 1 from her best friend Joshua. He dialed his best friend and got no answer, so she sends a message to him and got up from bed and went to the kitchen to prepare something to eat. She opted for a cream soup and garlic bread, while she was preparing the soup she heard someone calling her in w******p. She saw it was her Boss, so she answered it and was followed by a video call request where she accepted, and a handsome face with a concern look immediately appear on the screen. She placed her phone on a secured place so she can still move while on video call.

"Hey, I called earlier. But you didn't answer. Are you Okay?" the man on the other line said with a concern on his voice.

"I just woke up, literally like 5 minutes ago. Sorry to make you worry" she replied while stirring continuously the soup on low fire.

"Anyway, I just called to check if everything's fine with you." He said feeling relieved.

"Thanks I am perfectly fine. Have you had your dinner?" She asked

"I did. Maria, just wanted you to know that I sincerely had a good time with you this weekend" He said seriously

"I did too" she replied back smiling at him

"See you tomorrow and good night!" He said warmly at her

"Good night Mr. Elliot!" she replied

After hanging up, Maria was confused whilst moved with his concern. But she immediately dismissed the idea that maybe Joshua is starting have a feelings for him...Impossible! Then her phone beeps. It's from Joshua her best friend Okay; of course I will be there.
