My eyes snapped open and I quickly sat up, feeling a little dizzy from the sudden change in position. I cringed and instinctively reached for my head, trying to piece together the events of last night.
Part of me desperately hoped it was all just a bad dream. I glanced around and realized I was in Anthony's bedroom in his penthouse. I looked down and noticed I was wearing different clothes from last night.
If everything from last night was real, then I must have been drenched from running through the rain in that forest or whatever it was.
"You're up."
I jumped in surprise at the sudden sound and turned to see Anthony leaning against the door frame, watching me quietly. "You really scared me last night when you passed out," he said.
